I guess this company earns too much to give customer service to their sellers... We ordered a tryout package of clothes, and never got any delivery message, any update, email or anything and suddenly they're saying that it's returned to them. WITHOUT US KNOWING! And not only that, WE have to pay for the shipment ourselves again! Just awful and uncanny customer service, and no understanding or care for us. Cannot recommend.

The integration between Shopify and Printful was seamless. Only thing about Printful that I wasn't happy with was the lack of transparency regarding digitization fees. I lost money because of this.
I'm super happy with this app. I will always recommend it because this app is changing a lot of ideas and imagination that will lead me to success. Thank you very much

Not enough varieties of merchandise. And way too expensive
