I use printful because the lay out is clean and easy to maneuver. Customer service response is super fast and helpful.

I love Printful's quality but I cant make any real profits when they are 3 to 4 dollars more than their competitors. I will still be using them for my more high detailed prints but for my basic prints I transferred everything to another supplier.
easy to use and great integration; very easy to use; would recommend installing it as it's so good and easy to use
I am very new to POD. After all of my research I found that Printful is one of the best for customer support. Inwhich you will need starting out. With that being said I do hope that they catch-up to the products that some of these other companies have. Overall I am very happy with Printful and I will not be leaving them.

The Printful software is extremely user-friendly; they have a wide variety of products, including over-all print items; and their support chat is handy, they have helpful videos, and they're quick to respond via email, with detailed help. Thank you! Each support person is an expert and they have an indispensable blog with helpful tips and info. They deserve 5 stars. Love the software!
Gamechanger! We used to manually print and fulfill orders ourselves, Shopify+Printful completely automates the process. They're a wonderful team working on an incredibly useful and high-quality service. I can't speak more highly of them!
