Update: 10/27/20 - issues with the automation persist with regard to inventory levels. Only fix for the conditional logic appears to be scheduled to roll out 1st quarter 2021. Updated rating to reflect.

Iits great, easy and efficient with handling sales and shipping. However there needs to be a automatic process of payment for fulfilment beetween shopify and printful if accounts are connected

I enjoy the aspect of making products to sell and the designing portion of the site is excellent with a variety of products. The site is slow and often locks up and need to restart. Pricing section does not always accurately calculate the price and going back doesn’t help. I have to start over.
For products, larger sizes are not available such as 3x to 5x.

Tengo problemas para publicar en shopify, despues de averiaguar mucho y perder mucho tiempo, descubrí que no conecta con Shopify cuando no tienen colores disponibles. Deben hacer una notificación cuando no hallan colores disponibles, en vez de solo lanzar la notificación de "se ha producido un error, intentalo mas tarde", que se diga que el error son colores no disponibles.

Ship times take forever and there is no live service. I'm about to leave after 18 months. Was a good service but now all I have are angry clients.

Covid-19 has also affected delivery times worldwide due to border closures and limited cargo travel. This is not something that we can affect as it involves global processes and policies. While more flights are being scheduled, some delivery delay is still expected for the time being until the situation with the pandemic really improves. Quite a good easy interface in terms of designing products but a big minus for us is the automatic order routing. For example when picking a product you are informed that it ships from 2 locations in Europe. Then you get an order in Europe and Printful informs you that it is shipping from the USA. Due to automatic routing you do not have the option to change this. I would not recommend this for European orders.

Regarding the fulfillment location, when we receive an order, it is automatically routed to the most convenient fulfillment location based on the product availability, stock, destination, and order queue. There are some products, that are fulfilled only in the US. I recommend referring to the availability tab on each product's page to check whether the specific product variant is available for fulfillment in Europe. The tab can be found by going to our Product catalog -> choose the category -> choose the item and go to its page -> scroll down until you reach "Availability" tab.
