Printful: Print on Demand

A very responsible company. They were among the 1st to come up with a way to add the GPSR info to their products among many other things that help small business owners. Good experience. Recommended. I only wish they would add more unique home decor items like 3D acrylic plaques. But this not a complain but my desire to use Printful for everything. Good going everybody involved.

Creating my online store was a breeze, but creating my products was even better. Printiful makes creating fun and stress free!

*Update: I've experienced some issues with the shipping methods, timing and customer service response time. I'm hoping I don't experience too much of this since I'm a starter company and already have to issue a refund.

I really do cherish the experiences that I have gained with Printful. Most of my products are set with Printful. We have ordered samples and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I recommend Printful to anyone starting a Print on Demand business.

I have found the process of building my store on Printful to be a simple process. At the start it took some brain power to get everything up and running but thanks to the easy integration of Printful with Shopify and onwards to sales channels, it has taken diligence but the processes were easy to negotiate. It's still all a learning curve and I have a lot to learn but ease of use has contributed to where I am today with my online store.

Products are good quality and I like Printful much better than Printify. Support is responsive and usually helpful. Its easy to resolve issues within the order process due to good customer support.

**HOWEVER**, if you are a legitimate business with a tax ID/resale license, there are a few additional, IMPERITIVE, steps that Printful does not prompt you to set up, or inform you about before you set up orders on your store.

First being tax exemption, they will charge you additional sales tax (in addition to shopify charging the customer sales tax) unless you submit your resale cert and have it approved PRIOR to the order. Otherwise you will be charged sales tax twice or more without any notification that the shopify payment does not cover your cost. This is also not mentioned in the pricing section where you set your prices. Making it very easy to lose money with Printful unless you pore over every setting before implementing it.

Second being shipping charges. The live rate for shipping is not charged unless you do BOTH of the following; have shopify PLUS, AND set shipping section to live rates in the printful backend. Again, there is no notification that the shopify shipping fee does not cover your shipping cost. This is also not mentioned in the pricing section where you set your prices. Making it very easy to lose money with Printful unless you pore over every setting before implementing it.

Both of these things should be included in the onboarding process, and neither are. Due to these issues, we have overpayed for a staff order by quite a bit, and Printful was not interested in reimbursing us (even as a one-time courtesy) for this issue that resulted due to their poor onboarding process.

Clean interface, easy to navigate, extra tools to help with product designing, seamless integration into my store.

I've been using Printful for many years and have had over 6,000 orders... Their live chat is second to none!!

I just wish their embroidery was better and they offered more hat options as that's what I primarily sell.

Printful has been so easy to integrate products to my store. I literally love them and they have designed an app for my store that is so user friendly. I wanted to design my clothing and have it easily uploaded and with some of the other apps, its a real hassle. Thank you prihtful for making it so easy. I'm super appreciative.

So far so good, as a beginner and new store owner it has been a really great help to get my designs out there without the worry of all the rest.

The integration was relatively easy. I didn't experience any direct problems that needed to be addressed. I just moved through the process and connected everything step by step. Creating the product's designs was a learning process due to not knowing how to navigate around. But, I quickly mastered it just by taking the time to move through things. I'm satisfied and my designs look great.
