We started with a t-shirt store on Shopify, and founded Printful after realizing the demand for drop shipping pros. So we’ve created what we were looking for—quality, affordability, and kick-ass support.
While our customers are growing, so are we. We’ve invested over $20M in tech and fulfilled 14M+ items using industry-leading equipment like Epson and Kornit. Printful is an international team of 700+ people, and we’re taking it beyond printing—we want to make ecommerce as easy as possible for anyone who wants to try it.

Printful is the print-on-demand company we use the most. They are a great company but their customer service needs some improvement. I spent HOURs trying to find out the size of the inside label of the shirts they provide. The size (which they say is 3x3 inches) refers to the whole label, not the logo that you put in their pre-made label. There's no specific size for the logo size and it's not provided ANYWHERE, including the templates and size guides for the shirts. I've contacted customer support numerous times and no one can seem to help with such a seemingly easy task... *facepalm*
I tried to start a print on demand product line with printful, but was unable to sync any of my products. Without access to sync the products, and no access to decent customer support, I am not able to use printful. I read that when you closed and reopen your store you will have to recreate all of your products through their wizard, yet the non-synced status of my products has been nonsynced since the initial add. The printful information section states that non- synced product (when ordered by your customer) will be saved as a draft and not processed.
