Printful: Print on Demand

Great & seamless integration with Shopify. The quality of the finished product is top tier and we love that our customers love the end results of their desired customization.

Printful is great but keep in mind it is apparently impossible to migrate your store to a new login, or add a second account to your Printful store. According to their support team, they have no way to let you do this.

Since we've used our corporate Google emails to create our Printful accounts, I'd have to log in to my CEO's Google account to manage our Printful catalog. Grotesquely stupid, and short sighted. Printful, you really need to fix this! Until this gets fixed, I'll have to move to another printing provider!

Integrating into Shopify is extremely easy. Just make sure you check that you've added everything you need too (title other than a generic, add the collection you want it in if you have collections etc). You can use their descriptions (which are nice), or if you want more detail use ChatGPT. This is so much easier than uploading it through Shopify itself.

Seemed overwhelming at first, but after a few tutorial videos and creating my first product, it has become very simple and easy to use. Love the process!

BEWARE! Printful is fine when it works. But I had orders on Shopify that I marked to be fulfilled through Printful and Printful never sent them out. I only found out when my unhappy customers contacted me. Printful did not respond to my support requests and did not solve the problem. Made me look very bad with my customers.

I have really Enjoyed using this plugin and it has powered our shop so easily! The prihtful team has done an excellent job! My only wish would be that there would be more English manufacturings and shipping partners.

Many recent updates to this app have made it our go-to for POD merchandise. It's both fast and easy to use. Newest update includes better management of synced products and fast uploading to the Shopify servers.

Soy propietaria de una pequeña tienda de ropa que utiliza Printful para la producción de mis diseños.
Una de mis clientas recibió una sudadera con un error de impresión (el diseño apareció con un fondo blanco que no existía en el archivo original). Lo más sorprendente es que una semana antes otro cliente compró la misma prenda y llegó correctamente, por lo que el error fue claramente de producción.

Printful no se hizo responsable, ni de la devolución, ni de los gastos de envío, ni de los 16 € de aranceles que mi clienta tuvo que pagar sin previo aviso, ya que en el momento de la compra no se informaba de que ese color de sudadera procedía de Estados Unidos.

Como pequeño comercio, este tipo de errores me generan grandes perjuicios económicos y de imagen, y esperaba una respuesta más profesional por parte de Printful.
Utilizo su servicio porque confío en su calidad, pero en este caso la gestión de la incidencia fue decepcionante y nada justa para un negocio pequeño.

Terrible app, terrible customer service. A customer ordered a printful tshirt on my shopify store, and agreed to fulfill the transaction (via its electronic comms with shopify) but then today, I got a message the transaction had FAILED because they no longer carried that shirt type. I searched for a replacement (black, women's cut t-shirt) and they had NOTHING. I reached out to customer service for assistance and waited for HOURS mid-day for support to come on, and the bot finally re-messaged me when customer service hours were over. Like it was groundhog day. "How can I assist you today?" Also, it was almost impossible to find another tshiort printer who would print for the same price or lower. So thanks to these jerks, I'm in the hole for their stupid tshirt order. I switched to Apliiq. They're less expensive, and there's no way on the planet their customer service could be worse. AVOID PRINTFUL.
