I have been unable to save a product that I design for some time now. I dont use this app regularly and actually want to start using it more but for some reason, no product that I design gets saved it just keeps spinning and spinning-- literally for hours on end.
I've been using Printful for over three years, but my recent experience in June 2026 has been extremely disappointing.
Customer service has been unresponsive and ineffective when trying to resolve a product quality issue involving inconsistent garment dimensions. Despite following up three separate times and requesting that the matter be escalated to a manager, I continued to encounter poor communication and no meaningful resolution.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Printful apparently allows product dimensions to vary by up to one inch, but this information is buried deep within their product documentation and isn't made obvious during the ordering process. When I submitted the requested photo documentation showing the sizing issue, customer service was dismissive and seemed to ignore the fact that at least one measurement exceeded the tolerance, ignoring that the product was clearly defective. In my case, the sleeve opening was so small that an arm couldn't even fit through it.
After years of using Printful, it's disappointing to see what feels like a significant decline in both product quality and customer support. Based on this experience, I'll be looking for a new print-on-demand vendor. I would encourage others to carefully review product specifications and be aware of the stated manufacturing tolerances before ordering.
They've been sending my prints over seas with no protective cylinder. And their print quality is awful, according to customers who have left me reviews. Do not work with them.
The mockups aren't professional quality, need to have more rooms and interior walls to set art in, had to use work arounds to add new variants to an existing art print product which was vry time consuming

Super easy to find products, add designs, and set up a store an integrate with Shopify.
It wasn't clear that I had to confirm the first order and have funding set up. This became clear, but would've like to know earlier in the flow/process.

The intergration of Printful and Shopify enable me to easily design sellable products with my painting art works and add them to an online store.
While the cost to ship and house the products are high you get what you pay for. The products are truly high quality coming from a store that has sold hundreds to unknown customers and if you have any issue you can chat with customer support and they will replace the products for you quickly and easily. They also have a lot of diversity from coasters to mugs to apparel and coming out with new products frequently.
I don't have a lot of experience with Print on Demand apps. I picked Printful because I saw good ratings for the quality of their output. I'm thrilled to report that my experience is the same. We have t-shirts, candles, playing cards, puzzles, aprons, etc etc and every single one has been of excellent quality. The printing is clear and sharp, no smears or runs. The items themselves are high quality, and they arrive in packaged very well. I'm 100% pleased so far!

I genuinely hope someone from Printful’s technical team finally sees this.
I’ve been dealing with an unresolved Shopify connection issue for over a year. Multiple support agents have already confirmed:
* they can see the conflicting backend Shopify connection
* verification has already been completed multiple times
* customer service agents themselves do not have authority to manually resolve or disconnect the issue
Despite this, I continue being taken through the same repeated customer service loop with no actual technical resolution.
I’ve provided:
* repeated verification
* screenshots
* proof of ownership
* explanations regarding loss of access to an old domain email
Yet the issue remains unresolved while my business deadlines continue approaching.
I currently need to:
* order samples THIS WEEK
* sign up for the Growth Plan
* prepare for an important May 17 event
What has been most frustrating is not simply the technical issue itself, but the repeated contradictions:
first being told the issue can be resolved after verification, then later being told customer service agents cannot make the backend changes required.
At this stage, I am respectfully asking for direct technical escalation from someone authorized to resolve backend Shopify connection conflicts.
For comparison, Shopify and Printify customer support have both been significantly more responsive and solution-oriented whenever issues arose.

Printful is easy to connect with Shopify and very useful for creating print-on-demand products. The setup is clear, product synchronization works well, and the design tools are simple to use. It is a good app for small online stores that want to start selling without holding inventory.
