Printful: Print on Demand

Been working with them for years. ANY issues they do everything they can to correct them, and the variety of products we can place our art on, is amazing. The mock ups are becoming Stale, BUT I can create mock ups of products and now use GROK AI to help turn those product mark ups into unique displays for my store! Of all the print on demand sites I have tried, PRINTFUL has become # 1 :D

I had high hopes for Printful, but the fulfillment speed has been extremely slow. Orders take far too long to move from production to shipping, which creates unnecessary delays and a poor customer experience.

If fulfillment time matters to you at all, I would strongly recommend switching to another app. Slow production hurts your brand, increases support tickets, and makes it harder to compete. Reliability and speed are critical in ecommerce, and unfortunately Printful consistently fell short for us.

There are better options out there if you value timely order fulfillment.

I hate the new update. Now when I am publishing from my saved templets it brings me to an new page. Then I have to navigate all the way back to the templet collection. Before I could just work down the list. Now this add unnecessary time and steps.

The app is perfectly functional, I've never had any problems with it, all synced nicely, and everything is smooth. I've been using it for three years now.

Integrating into Shopify is extremely easy. Just make sure you check that you've added everything you need too (title other than a generic, add the collection you want it in if you have collections etc). You can use their descriptions (which are nice), or if you want more detail use ChatGPT. This is so much easier than uploading it through Shopify itself.

Working with Printful has been an absolute game changer for my business. But the real magic is how seamlessly Printful integrates with Shopify. The automatic syncing means my designs, product listings, and updates move straight into my store without the extra steps or headaches. When an order comes in, Printful handles the fulfillment automatically, giving me more time to focus on running Spotted M Tack, creating new merch, and engaging with my community.

Between the easy-to-use design tools, reliable fulfillment, and flawless Shopify sync, Printful has truly become an essential part of my workflow. I couldn’t imagine running my shop without it!

Works well for fast product page uploads. For creating portrait canvas prints, I still have to use my laptop browser to access Printful website to set up portrait art prints. The horizontal, vertical check boxes are not show on the design page in the app. This is the only work around I deal with, all other products seem easy to set up. I'm pleased overall.

Printful is great but keep in mind it is apparently impossible to migrate your store to a new login, or add a second account to your Printful store. According to their support team, they have no way to let you do this.

Since we've used our corporate Google emails to create our Printful accounts, I'd have to log in to my CEO's Google account to manage our Printful catalog. Grotesquely stupid, and short sighted. Printful, you really need to fix this! Until this gets fixed, I'll have to move to another printing provider!

The app is extremely user friendly and integration was really smooth. Both companies, reputations speak for themselves. I would strongly recommend any new e-commerce business owner to use the integration of Shopify with Printful, one of the best decisions that I have made.
