Been working with them for years. ANY issues they do everything they can to correct them, and the variety of products we can place our art on, is amazing. The mock ups are becoming Stale, BUT I can create mock ups of products and now use GROK AI to help turn those product mark ups into unique displays for my store! Of all the print on demand sites I have tried, PRINTFUL has become # 1 :D

Printful used to be great, but ever since expanding by merging with others, quality and speed of fulfillment has gone downhill, even when ordering the “fast shipping” items. Also, the prices are so high it doesn’t make sense for a start up to use them unless planning to sell high prices for the same items people can just get from Amazon for 80% less.

when you doing business with printful it feels like youre getting SCAM OR ROB. I try their subscription $24.99 for all these perks and come to find out you pay more then the "free plan" they don't even deserve a 1 star I don't know how shopify just do business with anyone that looks to deceive their customers !! NOT COOL!!!!!

Used to love this company but since they switched to OnTrac shipping I have been having nightmares getting my stuff to my customers. Their customer service does not know how to read tracking information that clearly shows packages that has not been picked up from their dock for close to a week. Literally no tracking information and the carrier shows they do not have the package. Then they expect my customers to wait two (2) weeks before they even attempt to remedy the situation. This is a very very small portion of my business but is currently the biggest thorn in my side due to lack of accountability.

While I really like the option for POD and the integration is great, Printful pricing is extremely high.

I had high hopes for Printful, but the fulfillment speed has been extremely slow. Orders take far too long to move from production to shipping, which creates unnecessary delays and a poor customer experience.
If fulfillment time matters to you at all, I would strongly recommend switching to another app. Slow production hurts your brand, increases support tickets, and makes it harder to compete. Reliability and speed are critical in ecommerce, and unfortunately Printful consistently fell short for us.
There are better options out there if you value timely order fulfillment.

The site is very functional and user friendly. Love that I can make a design and apply it to any product and connect it to my shop. Also, my customers are happy with the final results.

I love it because it is easy to use and offers a lot of different products. I really like the preview feature for colors and the uploaded image. It helps me decide if I want to use it or not.
pretty straight forward with integration. There were a few hiccups but it was mostly learning how printful works and the best way to integrate shipping profiles so we could sell our in-house products in the same order. So far the app has been very good
