I have used Privy successfully in the past but it has been a bit more difficult to install on this shop. i removed the ap completed and reinstalled it and I think it has now worked.

Its very complicated. I don't know how to use it. I wish it was easier to navigate. There is too much going on within the app.

I do not like being asked to review something before I have had 5 minutes to look at it. I disliked the pop-up being so often.

So far the software is not as intuitive or helpful with set up as I'd like but I think it will work for my needs. Now I am told I have to write 100 characters, haven't I already done that?

Ummmm.....It's nice if it would actually tell me what it actually does and how to use it to the full potential. I'll learn as I go that's how I'll be fine. I do trust it's purpose.

The popup appears intermittently. Tech support is unresponsive, leaving site in jeopardy. Uninstalling.
