The popup appears intermittently. Tech support is unresponsive, leaving site in jeopardy. Uninstalling.
It’s ok , it’s not giving me a lot of help and I’m kinda confused on how to work this thing. A little bit more guidance will be helpful

I truly have nothing to say. As part of the setup process requires me to leave a review and I haven't even really started install. So I guess the one thing I can review it is the fact that they should probably wait to let a new customer finish installation before asking for review–even better suggest a review after they have been using the product for a few days or longer.
I have literally signed up for this app 30 seconds ago - why are you asking me for a review?????????
And you wouldn't let me leave 3* so you can have 2* instead!

Interface of the tool is good. But my function to capture email is not responding as per the settings i.e. not popping up when intending to leave the site.
I haven't even used it yet and your forcing me to review. You get 2 stars for that.
