WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS. $120 A MONTH FOR ME. based on page views of 100k a month, only got 10+ view on a pop up and 100 sign ups...

So far when Itry to change my email template it reverts to what it was before I saved it. Not sure if its because it's forcing me to review but I don't like that.

Can't comment much about the app, but was getting a lot of emails suggesting I book a call so they could run me through the tool. Blocked off precious time in the calendar only to have no one call me, and no one respond to the emails I sent. Not impressed.

Some bugging when trying to edit some text
confusing for me. not working. it did but stopped after a few hours. I have emailed support so hopefully, I can get squared away soon and running campaigns. I will only give two stars for now and I'll just wait to get the help I'm seeking to get this thing going. I'll definitely change it. Thank you
Our monthly traffic forced us into the "growth" plan, despite not requiring those features. Growth plan, unlike other plans, is not monthly - you must sign a contract. We're so spoiled with excellent customer service from folks at apps like Shoelace, that the customer service at Privy left something to be desired. We tried, pretty hard, to give Privy our business, but barriers and a lack of transparency, forced our hands and we went with Klaviyo.
Thanks for your review and for the feedback on your experience with sales. You should not have been told that you have to sign a contract to get access to all of our features. We recommend it to get fully on-boarded with our CS team but it should not be a requirement.
