Good tool but bad customer service. I accidentally export my mailchimp list into privy and am unable to delete it. The rep says that he cannot remove it and the only way to do it is doing it one by one. The list is over 500,000 users. It would take months to do this one by one. All the while, privy has this data of my customers and not sure what will happen to it. They could potential sell it or share it or create a custom audience and market to it. Huge risk for our business.

unfortunately, I would rate it very poorly. Nothing is straight forward as it should and can be. Almost seems like you're required to have a master's degree in Privy to set it up properly. Will probably delete soon.

I find this app hard to use. I also notice that my emails go straight to junk mail or never get sent. I don’t think it’s worth it.

I set the campaign but most times it does not show on website, that's sucks. I think there's some delays of your hot service.

Je m'attendais a mieux. J'essaye encore de comprendre certaine chose. Exemple mail client envoyer a 8h toujours aucun mail livré.
ATTENTION! J'ai supprimé l'application depuis plusieurs mois. Mais je m'apperçois que privy me débit 10€ par mois. Pour une application que je n'utilise pas et une option que je n'ai jamais utiliser (panier abandonné).

once you get some traffic they will lie about your pageviews and charge you mad money. I only wanted exit intent pop up and was charged 35usd per month, other apps are much cheaper. Never again.
