Quick and easy to set up. I am currently only using this tool for a new customer pop up window however plan to use their services regularly in the future!

It does just what it claims to do. Helps me capture a lot more emails that I would have missed without the app. It is definitely helping me grow my email list. I recommend it highly.

Great, really like this app. Easy to use and implement. Only reason i haven't given it 5 stars is i haven't used it for long enough yet.

I like the pop ups and how I'm able to design them. However their customer service is frustrating. I used to have a 'chat' feature available and it disappeared. And it's been hours with no response via email on an urgent issue. I do not recommend because of lack of support, and I will be looking elsewhere for my newsletter management.

Increased their price from $10 a month to $13 a month and now to $30 a month. For a small business it's a hard hit. Very disappointed and it's a great time to switch to Klaviyo.
