I love all that Privy offers using the free plan. At first, it was a bit confusing and intimidating when I started using it, but I was able to ask a REALLY NICE Shopify employee Stefan to help me with it and his knowledge and time was priceless.
I now really like Privy and can maneuver through it alone.
I only installed have not full used the app but so for so good. I loved how easy this was to install and to customize. I tested and I also integrated it with my mail chimp. Awesome!!! To the entrepreneurs its worth installing.

It's a great app, especially for a new store. It gives us a chance to extend offers to those exiting our store and bring them back. It's given us a jump start we needed. We will upgrade to get additional features.
It´s a really good app, the only thing I don´t like is its email creator.

Just started first campaign (it's a giveaway) and Privy has decided that I have too many views in the first couple of days (even though it will die off) and are requiring me to upgrade based on the fact that if the trend continues over the month, I will exceed the free plan. But it is not giving me the chance to reach that amount before I have to upgrade (11 days, Instead of 30). Also wish that the abandoned cart email was included in the free plan.
Not really happy with how quick they put a campaign on the site without really saying they would do that.
I tried, but I havent gotten to use it yet. Looks promising though! Hope if lives up to my expectation.
