I was a little hesitant at first as I couldn't easily see the tiers for pricing, but it really didn't matter. I went into the free trial, created a Newsletter to start, and BAM, an abundance of sales. This is just the tip of the iceberg, but I've generated over 10k more than usual with the help of privy in a matter of about a couple of weeks, and I have not been utilizing the other features. It's definitely worthwhile!!!

The rep from Privy was very helpful. He spent an hour helping me navigate through all the options that are available on the app. The customer support is excellent. Very fast response, they answer my question and send Privy articles for easy setup on all the services they offer.

I wish the help button in the corner would disappear as it is annoying when you are trying to edit your pop ups. As well, it would be nice to be told how the email was going to be sent out with the Offers@privymktg.com. Other than that, I'm excited to continue using Privy to help grow my business
