It wasn't a perfect installation. But I guess it can be fixed. I think the big problem is the price. The price is the same as for Shopify, that's just plain wrong. I feel that more and more apps are charging obscene prices.

Most embarrassing performing app on Black Friday I've ever seen. Crashed the entire day and ruined our sale. So pathetic. Highly advise against it as you cannot fully uninstall the app after.
Horrible customer support as well. Non existent in fact. Use Simple Sale for an easy to use discount app.
Oh and BOLD, RESPOND TO EMAILS!

I am over the moon about this app, and the developer! I had a hiccup installing this, and they were quick to help. This product is very easy to use. I hope it translates to increased sales! <3
Would give this zero stars if I could, I upgraded to the premium in order to be able to add multiple bundles to my store. It simply doesn't work, support is terrible!

We use option and bundles even a plug-in, you are your development, but they are surprisingly incompatible, too ridiculous, incompatible with their own

I try this app to help me do product combos. It automatically created a widget in each individual product. The support team was incredible and help me to hide this. Shoutout to Azm who was amazing making the adjustments to make it perfect for my needs. :D

Added the app to try, but then realized that I was charged at installation and did not get 14 days free. I requested a refund 4 days ago and no word. Shameful. In the meantime, I found the app 'Ultimate Special Offers' that does way more for less and integrates with Shopify POS.
Super helpful, tech-savvy customer support agents. Was able to get around a couple of conflicts in our existing code base with their help. Superb.

Don't bother installing this piece of crap if you are also running Bold Subscriptions. They don't tell you this until after you've bothered to install this and then your left in limbo. Support is non-existent - still awaiting a reply after raising two support requests. Only Bold could make two Shopify apps that are incompatible with each other! What the hell were they thinking?

Bhumi Patel was my lifesaver with Bold. She was so patient and thorough. I'm going to ask for her again if I ever need help. Her service was efficient, effective and kind. Her service and support was top notch!
Shocking service. Signed up for the 14 day trial, set up some bundles and was then told they needed to make some code changes to the site for the bundles to work correctly and needed access. This was given straight away and 13 days later the code changs still hasn't started so I can only assume this is a delay tactic so they can get your money. Avoid like the plague.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Created a glitch in my site after downloading. Every price on homepage turned to $19.99 and said Sold Out. No product of mine was sold out or listed at $19.99. This happened immediately after downloading.
I highly recommend the entire line of Bold Apps. I was turned on to Bold by my Shopify web developer- we had to have a custom installation. Nick from Bold called me personally to make sure that the app was working properly after they installed it. Thank you to Taylor for making the installation happen so quickly and seamless

App messed my theme up BAD. Had to pay a developer to fix the code that was left after deleting this app. This app should be removed. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
This app ruined the coding on my site. after uninstalling this app my products are showing up as sold out. haha joke of an app.
I wanted to write specifically about Bold's customer service rep, Mayank. I was having such a hard time getting to customer service and this rep was incredible! So intelligently understanding my issue and made sure my instructions got to the proper people. I couldn't have been happier. Bold is a great product. Thanks to this special rep for helping me!
DO NOT INSTALL IT WILL DESTROY YOUR WEBSITE. This app is fucking shit and should be taken off the app store I really wish I could make my rating lower but this is the lowest. I downloaded it and it made all my items out of stock so I uninstalled the app but the code still remained on my website so I had to pay someone to fix it. The support did not help at all.
Bold bundles app allowed our customers to purchase school products at a reduced rate because we were able to offer bundle pricing. In this age of Covid and depleting budgets, this capability was so appreciated by our customers. Getting this set up by the Bold Bundles support team was great. The team was very supportive and quickly responded to any requests we made. A special thanks to Mayank, Esha and Rajni for all their help in getting this important functionality to our customers.
downloaded this app and it made all my products unseen by customers. I asked for help as no-one could buy anything and they never helped me and I had to pay someone to help me. Horrible customer service !!!
Had a chat session with Naman. He helped me finish the theme update for my store. He went above and beyond by helping me do some sizing to make the page look better! Appreciate the great customer service!
Once installed, the entire store inventory is displayed as sold out!
In the end, no help just a more hustle with the shop.
The customer service is probably the worst I have ever experienced. A very trivial bug prevented me from installing it on my stores, and after 2 full weeks of receiving e-mails from 15 different support reps with copy/paste e-mails asking for the same damn things over and over and over I lost my patience and restored the backups I fortunately made prior - this app will install code which the app does not remove on uninstall while claiming in their FAQ that they promise the residual code won't hurt your store....how Shopify can officially endorse this app on the community support pages is a mystery. STAY FAR AWAY from this trash.
Our installer needs time to work on this, normally it take 2-3 business days however, our install request went up for this few months due to pandemic. So for now I don't have an exact time frame for you.

This app is trash. It screwed my theme. No support either. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, IT will damage your store.
I would have rated this app 4 earlier - because it's a bit of hassle to get it installed and customize. It becomes an overwhelming experience to go through everything in the beginning. But, once you understand how things work it's quite easy to scale it up + their support is really awesome + well written FAQs and documentation. Throughout the installation process AND dealing with a post installation issue their responses were quick and to the point. Shout out to Harpreet K who helped me through.
Coming back to the hassle - The reason for this again is the dynamism that this app provides. It's one of the most powerful apps out there which has support for almost all major themes and provides various configurations. Other bundle apps have parts of it but not the whole package. And such customization would need your theme code to be modified in a certain manner, that's why it's a bit tricky to get started. My suggestion would be -don't try to do things yourself if you're not an expert with Shopify's Liquid code. Their support is great, let them help you.
Kudos to the bold team. I hope you keep providing us with the great support as you have now.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD, this app made my page take 50sec to load in and it burried itself deeeep inside my theme, it makes it so you cant just remove the code files, you have to fix alot of code that has been replace. i have now spent over 5 hours finding what they changed and changed it back. i am not 100% if i've done it correct but i have no other choice than to keep on looking and hoping for the best. if you want your costumers to wait ca 1min before they can browse your store then this is the app for you.
The Bold Bundles app is outstanding and the customer service is even better. Challi did an awesome job upgrading out app experience to match our brand message.

I rate the app itself at a 4 just on customization ease etc. I rate an overall 5 for their customer support. During a time where there are limited staff in various companies. Ihave experienced exceptional if not the best customer support with Bold. Chat is the easiest and quickest way to get my issues addressed and solved. Email works as well but i always prefer the chat. Everyone Ihave dealt with have been curteous, quick to find a solution and when it is out of their hands or knowledge they direct me where to go. Their developers also are quick to fix anything I nor the agent can. running a business always comes with surprise problems i always hope if i do it is with their products (thought seldom is their products are great) just because it is the least stressful to solve.

Messed up our store. A complete hell to fix.
Installed it, suddenly it made changes to our theme making weird text show up. Uninstalling the app after deleting the bundles. The code that remains makes the site really slow.
This app greatly increases AOV. Great customer support makes it a dream to use. Jade from Bold Bundles was very helpful in helping me with app optimization.
It just messed up my product page. Once the code has been modified by this app, you can still delete the app, it wont give you your previous theme back Thank you !

Added the app and was immediately charged without a trial. Then I found out that it only offers a % discount not a dollar amount... So wasted time and money on this app, not worth the hype
Hi there. It looks like you had downloaded the app a couple of years ago, in which case the trial would not reset. We attempted to call you in order to see what we could do, however were unable to get through.
While we don't offer a dollar amount off, we do have the ability to offer a fixed bundle price, which automatically calculates the percentage off of the product bundle.

I needed an app to give my customers bundle options for my site and received excellent customer service from Chintan, Rajni, and Laurel. I had to come back and forth to the chat and they all worked together to link and ensure I got a resolution. Even Daniel helped in when my chat was disconnected with Laurel and quickly got us back! The teamwork really showed and I, as a customer, I appreciate it very much. I got this app to have gift boxes options. I'm excited to see how it goes for my Qrema.shop store!

Bold has the best customer service, and their products just work. When they don't do exactly what we need them to do, they are always willing to get in and change the code for us so that we get exactly what we want. Highly recommend Bold and all of their products.
