Great app with great customer support. Offers a lot of useful features that suit our needs, such as the filters which help us keep our store organized and the search widget which offers features such as product suggestions.

This app has really made the filter system an easy setup on my website, but that isn't why I'm giving this app such a great review. While we haven't launched our store yet, Globo Software has been extremely accomodating with our needs and responds very quickly with any questions or issues I've had regarding their app and its integration into the rest of my Shopify store. While I haven't had a negative experience with any third-party team through Shopify, Globo Software has stood out by consistently exceeding my expectations of service. UPDATE: After working with Globo and using this app for a few months, I cannot exaggerate how helpful and responsive they have been with any issues that I have encountered in using my shop. Globo has even gone as far as to identify issues and fix them that were outside the scope of their application, and I can't say I've experienced service like that very often.

Great App - works very nice. Very nice and fast Support!
We had a small problem on InternetExplorer showing the filters not correctly -> they fixed it very fast and it works fine now!

The best customer service I have ever experienced with any app! I honestly have never had such great customer service. I originally had some issues and wrote a review and this company was so quick to help me, and even went above and beyond what the app normally does, to ensure it could do what I needed for my store. The App is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. We needed small customizations before buying it, they were done rapidly (less than 24 hours). Great communication with Helen from the support team. Overall the best App and support I've experienced.

I am very happy with the app. This is exactly what I was looking for, to filter my products and have a nice layout. I contacted their customer service to get some help. They replied me shortly and fixed what needed to be fixed.
The only inconvenient I see is that the filter is not showing on the collection pages. I believe they could add the option in order to have the filter bar always visible.
