I've been a loyal user for a long time and will continue to be. Whenever I needed assistance, they promptly responded, even on weekends. They always go above and beyond to resolve any issues and provide top-notch support.
On the other hand, I had a terrible experience with another app (unfortunately, the name slips my mind). The developer seemed clueless about their own app, leading to wasted time and money as I tried to fix things myself. Their customer service left a lot to be desired. No doubt the best filter and search app. I have tried about 8 and this is Nr.1 Many of the other apps are difficult to setup and you need alot of support help to set it up. Here you can customize anything BUT if you need some help as I did. They respond really fast and fix anything within a short amount of time. I rate this app 11/10 +++
