This app is good when it works BUT It constantly crashes and removes ALL the products from our website. We contact support and the standard answer is "we fixed it so it will not happen again and are looking into it". Yeah they fix it this time and then it happens again. This app has continuously cost us customers and sales. We are filing a complaint with Shopify to see what can be done.

I integrated the app with my theme and as a result the shop page flashes every time I enter the page, but the developer was able to resolve my problem promptly.

One of the first apps I installed permanently after starting my shop after trying out most of the other search/category apps on there. Brilliant app does what it says on the tin. No impact on store performance. What really makes it worth 5 stars is the support and the willingness of the team to adjust the app to your requirement at zero notice.
