This app is exactly what you would expect. Amazing customization capabilities, works flawlessly with our custom theme, and the support is what makes this all that, responsive, friendly, helpful and will provide a solution for you. A no-brainer in my book will recommend hands down!

This App works and suddenly it will be down and you will not see any filters. I am using this App from past 6 months and I have faced issue multiple times. Today the App is down and i am not able to see all the products in the website and it effected my sales. I am not sure if there is any maintenance activity or the developer doesn't care to inform about it. I request everyone to stay away from this app. Not worth having it. Make sure to select an App which has 24/7 support, a working phone number maybe and notify customers properly when App is going thru maintenance activities etc.

I am updating my review based on your reply here. If you have upgraded your App from Version 4 to 5, did you inform all your customers about the upgrade so the stores can check proactively to see if there are any issues and report them to you immediately. So you guys are upgrading an App and not testing if the App is backward compatible. Remember stores are paying for your App and this is not a free service.

Love the team behind this, they were very responsive and helpful to provide what out website needed. The only filter we could find that can give us the functionality we wanted. Definitely recommend!

The app itself works great. However, it was not possible for the app to automatically match our original layout on the collection page. The support managed to manually design the collection page to match our original layout with a few misdemeanors. To correct these design issues, we are in contact with support. Even though we´re illustrating with printscreens how the original layout are, they still can´t understand that their take on the original layout doesn´t match. They´re a little bit slow and simply don´t understand what to correct. The app itself is a 5 star. The support is quick to reply but they´re certainly not easy to communicate with. Update: They have found a solution to the design problems and helped us out. Very friendly, fast to communicate with. Next time we hope for a smoother communication in order to be more efficient.

I needed to fixed some CSS issue, the support team has been very helpful. Resolved the issue with 12 hours. Excellent support. The app also has work well for us over 3 markets.

I love that I can select a separate filter for each product. The search is also very good. The only thing I wish it had better analytics.

Keep in mind, you should sync the app every now and then because sometimes products wouldn't show up if you don't. So far, very satisfied.

Great app with a lot of functionality. Customer service is fantastic. Needed a few tweaks to get it working with our theme but the Globo team took care of it in a matter of hours. Highly recommend!

This app is the best for filtering and sorting products for your store.
Helen is super helpful when it comes to any questions about the app. She offered super prompt assistance when it comes to correspondence and personalization. I am currently in the trial period and I love the customer service experience. Will definitely be a loyal subscriber.
