We're very happy with the filters and the search engine developed by Globo. It's fast, reliable, very good looking and highly customisable. The customer service team is also very helpful and always happy to assist you with any enquires. Had a couple of issues with the YMM filter from my end and they resolved everything promptly. If you're looking for an app to organise your products for your customers along with an excellent customer service, definitively Smart Product Filter and Search by Globo is the way to go. One of the few apps I can find that allows to filter by metafields using a range (i.e. items with a value between x and y). This is the primary reason that I installed this app.
Front end code is fully customizable in code, which is great, though editing the code prevents you from changing appearance using their app management interface.
Support has been quick to respond to issues that I have had - very happy with the service.

Support: the team here at Globo did really great with my requests. I had multiple revisions done with this app to make sure it fit with the rest of our upcoming store update and they completed all of them with ease.
App: If you have a store with a large amount of products, this app really helps refine and customise your filters to fit perfectly to each collection. The new storefront I've designed cannot work without this app - it's just too good and has opened up my design options dramatically.
