I've been using this app for a couple of years now. I've only had one issue during that time. Once I reached out for tech support, I heard back from Helen within an hour. The issue was fixed super fast! I always appreciate great customer service, and you will definitely get it from Globo! Furthermore, the product search filter is very user friendly :)

Smart Product Filter & Search is an absolutely brilliant app, which is indispensable for our Filters system. Globo are a superb company. They quickly implemented an important improvement suggestion we made to them - concerning the 'Merge Values' are of the app. Not only did they implement it - but they also improved upon our original request. It is a very rare thing for a company to acknowledge a request such as this - let alone act upon it. Now the whole app is an absolute pleasure to use! This app was really cost-effective when it came to updating the search format for the debut template I use. I've overhauled my site many times and no matter the changes ( Tags, men's vs women etc..) the globo filter was able to handle it. recently I was struggling with my speed score on the mobile version of my site due to some JSON files that took a while to load. The Globo support team was pretty diligent in getting that rectified and my speed score is now also in the top percentile of all Shopify stores. I've used other filter apps, but the support from the team and the compatibility with the theme Steezstock.com goes with allows me to recommend them to anyone, especially if you are just starting out

Had an issue as I updated our theme to 2.0 and Support was outstanding (think of what you consider to be outstanding support and it was better than that). I actually want to hang out with these guys now!

Easy to use app just takes a bit of time to set up with color swatches etc. Customer Service easy to contact and helpful.
