Good app, great support. It works well on my shopify store. They helped me fix the bugs that came up when I installed it and now it works great.

This is a great tool! Highly recommended to improve the UX of your site. Users are able to search easily between products which is parmount for ay e-commerce stores. Great customer service too!

What a fantastic app and dev/support team! Once you've got your head around how to set the app up properly, it's amazing! Very powerful and handy to help filter products in a collection. I've needed a LOT of help with some custom work to the app and the team are always super happy to help. There's even been a time that i've been an idiot and caused a panic, only to find out I was using my preview....not the live theme. They took me going mad sooo well and even had a laugh about it. Can't thank these guys enough for the help over the last 12 months!

After trying a few apps, I found the Gem. I do not know why this app has any poor rating. We are a small fashion online business and needed a filter for our site which is mobile friendly and desktop friendly. I tried the free version of the is app and didn't take long to find my way around the app. However whenever I hit a problem I sent an email to "contact us" button on the bottom left hand side, and someone would come back to me within hours at most 24 hours. Great Communication, very willing to assist, and very helpful team. I would definitely recommend this app and its features. if they don't suite you, and you need additional help, contact the app team and they are very willing to help with what you need even if it is not part of the app already. Great work from Helen thank you for prompt responses and helping me sett up this app even though I am still in the free period...

I asked for some help and they respond immediately. The app is amazing. Unfortunately it's not possible to make collection pages based on an active filter.

We have been using Globo's Smart Product Filter app for more than a year, and the app has been invaluable for us. It is a real core feature of our website. The app has a lot of features that are very important to us. Setting up filters and grouping attributes together is a breeze, as the UI is designed to streamline a lot of tasks. Globo's support team deserves high praise, as they have always been very responsive and helpful. We very much appreciate that Globo listens to customer feedback. Recently they added a new feature to the app based on our suggestion, and that made the app even better for us. Also, earlier this year we engaged with Globo about website performance and the fact, that the Globo app slowed down our store significantly. We are happy to report that this issue has been greatly improved! We think the Globo app is among the best of its kind out there, and given its modest price tag, it represents exceptional value.
