We love the functionality of Picky Story, however the customer service is above and beyond! I've worked with Carlos numerous of times and he has helped me with figuring things out beyond Picky Story's capability! I really value good customer service and Picky Story sure does provide that. bad experience
automatically charge money, no questions, no refund even when you dont use their service at all. Plus the service is not even GOOD
