We switched from Rebuy to Amplify, and the transition was incredibly smooth and fast. The developer team made everything easy — especially Carlos, who communicated clearly and completed all app customizations we asked for! Highly recommend!

Carlos was very helpful in resolving an issue we had with a new theme. Sent a detailed email and when that didn't work was able to find a solution quickly over chat support.

I have a lot of success with the bundle options, it's a great way for me to move old stock in volume and my customers love having done for them outfits. The customer support chat is prompt to answer and (Ugur) went above + beyond in helping me with an issue!

STAY AWAY! BUGGY AND EXPENSIVE.

This app is full of bugs. Support is responsive yet makes one open promise after the next that are never delivered.

It takes forever to setup bundles as each one has to be manually inputted and configured one by one. Due to the hundreds of hours I had invested in setup and troubleshoioting with Pickystory, I ended up using this app for far loinger than I should have.

Soon after downloading the app and setting up my bundles, I was told I would be migrated to their new platform imminently. But it was more than ONE YEAR of bugs, overcharging, bundling products being removed, cart integration failures, lost revenue and lies from the PS dev team.

At one point, the pickystory app removed ALL of my 273 bundles, on the biggest launch day on our site, which resulted in thousands in lost revenue.I was still charged IN FULL for that month despite it being a crash on their side that they admitted to.

Stay away - more headaches and time spent logging bugs with support than its worth. Also, the charges are not at all transparent and this app completely overcharges for what it does. They also attribute every cent of revenue generated to their app, meaning you are charged exorbitant commissions, which they refuse to give you a detailed itemised invoice for.

I found a great alternative for 1/10th of the price, called Simple Bundles. Same functionality, great support, reasonably priced.

UPDATE: After the app responded to my review (falsely - I had requested to migrate to their new version for a full year and they told me this was not possible!), they did NOT rectify the issue in any way. It continues to be absolutely terribkle and a bunch of liars. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

Amplify (Bundles) caused repeated pricing and cart failures on our high-volume store. Bundle prices took 4–15 seconds to load, then often reverted to full price in cart; the cart also buffered or failed to load. Hotjar recordings confirm the issues. During this period our conversion rate fell ~40% with no other site changes. Support was circular and slow: two unhelpful chats, a sales call that couldn’t help, then an email asking me to restate everything instead of reviewing history. We switched to Fast Bundle, whose team fixed customisations instantly. Not recommended.

We love the functionality of Picky Story, however the customer service is above and beyond! I've worked with Carlos numerous of times and he has helped me with figuring things out beyond Picky Story's capability! I really value good customer service and Picky Story sure does provide that. Highly recommend.

We generated close to $900 revenue but also paid $900 per month - which resulted in a major loss. This was not known to us and the team has refused to issue any refund.The experience has been extremely disappointing. Product has a lot of bugs in terms of look and feel, and internally some basics are not put in place.
