He is the only one who helped me with the app. The app is very good, but twice to the Shopee team and to me, the third time I contacted you, he helped me in less than 10 minutes! There is nothing like him, I hope you will train everyone to work like him because he did it in a few minutes after two weeks I am in talks with you and the Shopify team!

An element wasn't visualizing correctly and Ceren helped point me to an error I'd made in the code. She was able to show me via Loom where the error was. Great help!!

Increased price of app by 5x! We have been using this app for a couple of years just for the combo product feature - really disappointed they increased our monthly price from $30 to $169! Have now found another app called Simple Bundle which is only $24 a month and does the same thing.

the best service had trouble creating a bundle contacted got someone to help me told him what i needed help with i thought i would of got told what to do but they made the buddle them self was very amazed lovely business and customer support
