Perfect music player for our needs. Super simple, customizable templates, plays full music piece. Player is in full view of customers at all times. Websyms Customer Service has been great. Thumbs up

I use this app to sell my music and it still has problems trying to play music just by using the phone. you have to press play or skip 3-4 times before it plays, that needs to be fix ASAP or i'll start loosing my customers...

Mobile OS doesn't allow autoplay to make sure it doesn't irritates users by allowing everyone to play audios/videos. This is why Pressing play is required on Mobile Phones.

An app with a lot of potential, but can get in the way of viewing on your store when the player is open and stops each time people go to another page. Currently only a 3-star product. Great idea though!

Hello, There is an option in app to control whether you want the player open by default or not. So if you don't want to show the player, you can configure it and it will only be opened by customers when they want it.

Regarding player stops each time people go to another page, we have given an option now where music will play continuously even if page reloads/changes. Please give it a try and let us know.

I'm sure that this app works for others, didn't work for us. Pasted the code, still didn't work. The main issue that was clarified from their support is that it will only play one song from an album not give 30 sec. preview of a song. If we could have gotten it to work I would have rated it higher.

We have launched a new version of app in which no configuration is required. As soon as playlist is created, music player will work automatically. Please give it a try and let me know if you go through any issues.

The app stopped working with certain features and now I can't add new playlists all together. For the past few months I've been trying to reach customer service to resolve these issues (even went through Shopify support for them to reach out on my behalf) and I've had ZERO response. They do not have customer service working for customers even with their online chat option. Seeing as my site needs an app like this, It's beyond frustrating to not get help. Definitely taking my money elsewhere to a new app.

Shopify recently updated their API which was causing to search for new products. We have resolved it and you should be able to create new playlist now. Please check it and let us know if you have any issues.

I uninstalled this app due to it increasing the size of my homepage but the shocking bit is that even after uninstalling the app i am still being charged for their pro plan. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone

Hello,

First of all, our app doesn’t put load on website. If our app putting load on your website, you could have asked our live support to check and resolve.

As far as billing is concerned, there is no way anyone will be charged after app uninstallation as long as he is not charged for the days he used the app.

Please let us know if you have any more concerns
