Hulk Product Options

I am using this app for my nautical-bracelets.com shop for 3 years now, for all sorts of customisations, mainly for engraving. And now I am using also to create swatches using images, instead of colour codes, for my www.pet-time.eu shop and it does the job perfectly. But even more importantly than that, any customisations and issues I had for either shop, they were solved almost instantly - they really have a great team! Thank you for making it easy for me!

I installed the app to allow my customers to choose which products they want to bundle together for a lower price. This app cannot do this.

This is a great app and exceptional customer service - I have two HULK Apps currently and the functionality that these apps offer for my store plus the level of service received is unbelievable for such a small price! Whenever I need a new App I always check if HULK has an option available before I choose anything else. Thanks guys!

I first contacted Hulk about the issues I was having with their app on August 14, 2019 and my issue is still unresolved. I have received nothing but headaches from their customer service team. If I could I would give this app 0 stars.

We are currently using a competitor app for our product options and were hoping to switch to Hulk to save on money. That being said, due to many of our products having multiple options and it being an integral part of our website, we were unwilling to completely uninstall the competitor app UNTIL we have tested the Hulk app on our website to MAKE SURE that it will work for us.

At HULK's request, we removed the competitor app code from a copy of our live theme so that Hulk can install their code without conflict and we would be able to set up the Hulk options and test it without jeopardizing our live website and impacting our sales.

Hulk went back on what they said and requested that we remove the competitor app from our store completely before installing their own code. As I have explained previously, and to the Hulk Customer Service team, this was not feasible for us until we were absolutely, 100% positive that the Hulk app would work for our website.

It will take us approximately 15 - 20 hours to set up all the different product options from scratch for each product that requires product options.

After posting my first 1 star review (which I have since removed on the basis that they resolve the issues I was having with their app), they agreed to install their Hulk Code on the theme that we removed the competitor app from. From that point it was more headaches. Their options were not displaying on certain products, and for the options that were appearing on products, the conditions were not displaying the options correctly.

I told them 7 times, and several different people which Shopify theme I had the Hulk Code installed on and they always come back saying they need to know which theme I have the Hulk Code installed on.

Hulk has done nothing but run me around in circles for 2 months now and done nothing to resolve the issues I was having with their app.

Really easy to use, but the customer service is outstanding! I downloaded the app yesterday and had 4 issues and within minutes they were solved, the customer service team are just brilliant and so kind and nothing is too much trouble for them. Well done guys, keep up the amazing work!

Had an issue - developer response was fast and fixed the issue. So far so good!

Heena and the HulkCode team were extremely helpful getting the Product Options app setup in both of my stores. We had to deal with some issues with a currency convertor native to my theme and they helped me through everything. They were very responsive and got everything done quickly! The app does just what we need. As with any app, it can be made better (display settings, more customization & display options, etc) but I am sure they are working on new features. At a price of free this app is exceptional and I highly recommend it for your store.

Ignore comments like the one below from Berwick Shellfish Co. - that owner clearly doesn't understand how some of these integrations work and that if you want help with installation which involves modifying theme code, you need to temporarily give the app owner store access. It's really not a big deal.

This app is fantastic, it does everything I wanted and more. I tried other options apps, this one has more features and is customizable beyond what the other free ones offer. The app itself is easy to use. Installation was a little difficult but the support is AWESOME! They had my site fixed up and working in no time, again all for free. If you need customizable options you should get this app.

Amazing support. Great app too. Couldn't find anything else that works this well. Very happy with the functionality.
