BY FAR ONE OF THE LEAST HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SHOPIFY.
They have not contacted me back after 2 weeks of contacting them trying to get my store set up even though I immediately opted for the Pro Plan, so I am a paying App customer and still being ignored.

They have ignored all my requests to contact them and have closed my tickets without answering them.
Do Not Use Unless you plan on figuring it all out on your own without any assistance, because you definitely will not get any sort of help from them.

Very Shocked with the quality of Service provided despite them bragging about industry leading customer support(Far cry from the truth)

After few weeks, bugs appeared and impossibility for tech support to take care. They simply did not know why! I spend a lot of time trying to find myself solutions, help come but 2 to 3 days later only by email, asking to ask the question with more details (or looked like they did not read the request up to the end, obviously). After multiple requests and more than a week to try to overcome this bug, I really regret, so much energy for nothing! If you are not ready to waste few weeks with a bad surprise at the end, don't bother with this App.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been emailing support for 4 weeks now to resolve why product options do not show on iOS devices, and still not resolved - no one replies or when they do they say its working when it clearly is not. AVOID THIS PRODUCT

After trying for a week to get color swatches to work I found this app. I wanted to apply color swatch options to my products. When I had a little trouble getting it to work properly I messaged customer service on what I could do to fix what I didn't like or what was broken. They responded within a few hours and in one day they fixed what I messed up. Stellar service and the changes are exactly what I wanted.

I truly can not understand all the 5 star ratings for their Support Team: it took three days for them to even look at my site. In the end, they did nothing, ignored my questions and basically blew me off. But the app generally does work. However, their Installation Guide is not accurate and I will not be buying any apps from this team.

I was charged $30 for installation and it was never installed. I'm not sure what exactly happened but I haven't heard anything back

I switched to this app from Bold Options and found it much more responsive, easier to use and manage. Bold would also throw a lot of errors. The support team from Hulk is thorough and responsive. Great job on that front. 2 things keeping it from being a 5
1 - It does not work with AJAX carts
2 - It doesn't allow for the use of the options creating invoices in the back end so you can only use it for customer facing operations. In our case those aren't game killers (although both would be fantastic) but if that is a requirement you will have to look elsewhere.

Hulk Product Options sounded really great in the beginning.
However, multiple orders are coming in that are not being charged for their add ons. They keep saying it is a different app that is conflicting with their app or that they fixed it but more and more orders keep coming in without the additional charge.

They say their app works with the express checkouts but it seems to be an issue with shop pay and google pay. Recently we had an order come in that didn't work and they used a credit card for payment. We have made fields mandatory and some orders are coming through without all the fields even filled in. For some reason they have been unable to identify or fix the problem which makes the app worthless. I just wanted it to work.
