I used this app to help us to upload image swatches for our sunglasses. Integration was good but the support is lame. Their app was interfering with another app I need for my store and instead of offering to help they simply said "sorry our app doesn't work with other option apps." I pay them monthly and this is the help they gave me. Pretty sad if you ask me for an issue that could be easily fixed with a little help. I really wanted to use this app, but I think i'll have to switch to another option app since I can't launch my store now.

I went through the ticket you discussed with our support team member Ivan with. Unfortunately Ivan is right. We are not compatible with an app that does exactly the same. :)
It's not possible because that app, along with ours, would be making conflicting changes. We tried as always but this is not doable.
We would appreciate if you can update this review as it's factually not accurate. We appreciate your support and we hope you'll understand the situation.

This app is total and utter garbage. The app has been causing a serious checkout issue for our store since October 17th and they have done nothing to fix it. This app can single handedly destroy your website and the support does not care. I would not recommend this app to my worst enemy.

0 Stars wasnt an option so this gets 1. The app will display the correct up charges for my options but it will not charge them in the cart. This app has cost me a ton of time and money. I tried communicating this with the developers but I was just told that I needed to remove certain characters from my options. Some how / and ? are not compatible with this app, or so I was told. I removed all special characters and still have the same issue. This is a HUGE waste of time and money!

After uninstalling they are not willing to help with shop. I had to hire external shopify developer to uninstall app completely. IT IS BUGGING MY SHOP. they are ignoring me all the time. EDIT. No you did not contected me, liars :)

Our manager has contacted you in hopes of amending the issues you were having.
I first contacted Hulk about the issues I was having with their app on August 14, 2019 and my issue is still unresolved. I have received nothing but headaches from their customer service team. If I could I would give this app 0 stars.
We are currently using a competitor app for our product options and were hoping to switch to Hulk to save on money. That being said, due to many of our products having multiple options and it being an integral part of our website, we were unwilling to completely uninstall the competitor app UNTIL we have tested the Hulk app on our website to MAKE SURE that it will work for us.
At HULK's request, we removed the competitor app code from a copy of our live theme so that Hulk can install their code without conflict and we would be able to set up the Hulk options and test it without jeopardizing our live website and impacting our sales.
Hulk went back on what they said and requested that we remove the competitor app from our store completely before installing their own code. As I have explained previously, and to the Hulk Customer Service team, this was not feasible for us until we were absolutely, 100% positive that the Hulk app would work for our website.
It will take us approximately 15 - 20 hours to set up all the different product options from scratch for each product that requires product options.
After posting my first 1 star review (which I have since removed on the basis that they resolve the issues I was having with their app), they agreed to install their Hulk Code on the theme that we removed the competitor app from. From that point it was more headaches. Their options were not displaying on certain products, and for the options that were appearing on products, the conditions were not displaying the options correctly.
I told them 7 times, and several different people which Shopify theme I had the Hulk Code installed on and they always come back saying they need to know which theme I have the Hulk Code installed on.
Hulk has done nothing but run me around in circles for 2 months now and done nothing to resolve the issues I was having with their app.

The app works great when it wants too. What is the most annoying is the lack of customer service and it is impossible to get it corrected in a timely manner.

I got a request for a review so...... I installed it 4-5 days ago. After it installed I tried to create a text field with the app but nothing showed up, was not able to see the field. So I submitted a request for assistance, I put the product page I was trying to add the feature, and also provided an example of what I was trying to do. I got their automated acceptance email, a request for access - which I instantly approved and emailed them to let them know. Then nothing. No one has emailed me or been on the site to look at the issue or assist with the install. This doesn't make me feel that comfortable with them.

INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK! I normally do not write reviews however the fact that an error with this app was able to COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN my site as well as every other site using the app and prevent customers from checking out for many many hours (and STILL occurring) is just INSANE! Also the customer support is non existent when it comes to critical issues. Beyond disappointed.

For someone like myself who isn't tech savvy, this was definitely hard to install without the help of support. There aren't any installation, tutorial videos to help you. I hate that I had to delete this app.

Fairly easy to setup and the app says it will do everything I needed, however it never worked! Despite having professional installation by a HulkApps developer, the custom options selected by my customers were never displayed on my orders. This meant reaching out to customers after they placed their orders to get the details - defeating the entire purpose of the app. I reached out for support and was told there was a coding issue and that another ticket had been opened on their backend. My ticket was then closed without any resolution. I reached out again to have my issue addressed and received a response that a new theme had been setup to fix the problem. This completely removed all the options from my page and made the app unusable on my website. I'm canceling my monthly subscription to this app since it has never worked and will be using a competitor's app.

We always make a duplicate theme when resolving a coding issue so it doesn't interfere with any other code on your live store.
All you have to do is publish the duplicate theme and copy your orders onto it.
