Once again - great support. The company and app continues to perform above and beyond for us. 6-Star performance! Continued support.... just needed to update our review. This team never lets us down. Each and every request is answered quickly and they never leave us a hanging. You have options? This is the only option you need!! W3 works x 3. --- (original review) We needed a custom options APP that required a lot of conditional configuration. Custom Product Options by W3 offered everything we needed. Even better, their support staff made the installation a breeze and their after purchase support made us feel guilty that we're paying less than $10 a month. THIS IS THE BEST! I tried the "biggest" and these guys BEAT THEM hands down! First, they answer their phone. Second, they reply to emails and actually read what you ask, instead of sending CANNED Answers. They are SUPER SKILLED. And, if you do NOT get their QUOTES then you are missing BIG TIME! I have been using this app for about 4-5 years now. The fields are pretty easy to do for all my personalized items I carry on my website. I stay with this company because they respond to questions or issues very quickly. I have had some hiccups over the years with changing themes on Shopify and this company always made sure all my custom fields got transferred over properly. I use other apps for other related things here on Shopify and sometimes I am lucky to get a response but with this company I know I will hear from them quickly. If you are looking for a good easy custom/personalized fields app and like old school customer service where people actually care about helping then this is the app for you!

The app is great, the interface is simple and the capabilities match the product description. More than that though, the team at W3 Trends was outstanding, quick to respond, went above and beyond and really came through in the end. The best thing about this app is the customer service! Every time I need something new or different, they respond right away. The last time I needed to know how to integrate this app with order printer and not only did they tell me how to do it, they went ahead and did it for me when I told them I was inept with code. I use this app to add a monogram box with a fee to my items. I tried other apps first but this one works best. Totally worth the small monthly fee.

Been using it for a few years. Also switched to another top selling one and tried that for 6 months. This one is by FAR more intuitive and it updates quickly. The set up is easier in my opinion as well. I will say that I've had install issues every single time I've have to update my Avenue theme (and I'm not making any node adjustments) and the lettering comes in all weird and I have to edit W3's code to make it look better - but W3 showed me how to do it. A free manual install has always been done (which they advertise for Avenue), minus when I ran into one customer service rep who refused to install it and wanted to charge me for it (Jason Beldon). Support Rep Megan Dobarganes is THE BEST! She's an outside of the box thinker and provides amazing support.

W3 would dominate the market if they could figure out the edit in cart where it doesn't double what's in the customer's cart. That's the only thing holding them back I think, but I bet they're working on it.

Thank you for your review. As we mentioned in your previous tickets the "supported" themes are in reference to the auto-installation of our app into your theme. The auto installer worked as intended but unfortuantely your theme styles were hiding text in your product pages. We pointed out where the issue was and possible ways to fix it.

Our free support does not include custom theme modifications or style changes. We offer professional services for those in need of additional help.

We are sorry that this encounter out of the several you have had over the years have changed your review from 5 starts to 2 stars but we hope we have the opportunity to earn them back
