We have multiple products that require additional input from the customer, especially for personalized or customized products. Product Options does require a very detailed and careful setup, But once installed, it works great. Recommended.

Had a call with Harun today from Shop Circle and he took a vested interest in the success of my business. He asked how the app could be improved and essentially gave me white glove service, making me feel like a partner instead of a number on his spreadsheet. This is an amazing app that I use for nearly all of my products and it is a total game changer. The flexibility it brings is so valuable, and the conditional logic allows for me to keep unnecessary options hidden until they are relevant, which significantly reduces clutter on the listing and improves customer retention. Can't say enough good things about this app!

I have been a loyal user of Bold Options for over 4 years, and during that time, it was a reliable and effective tool for my store. However, my recent experience with their service has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.

The trouble began when I decided to refresh my store with a new theme. Contacting Shop Circle to help with the app installation on the new theme was where the problems started. It became apparent that the transition to Shop Circle has significantly impacted the competence and efficiency of their support team.

I reached out to the support team, specifically contacting Khushbu, Jeff, Nisha, and Nicholas, hoping for a prompt and effective resolution. However, the support I received was not only horrendously slow but also unhelpful , all of them said that they were working on it and will contact me when fix, but they never did.

The inability of the support team to address and resolve the issues I've encountered has left me with no choice but to explore alternative solutions for my store.

For those seeking a dependable solution, it might be worth considering alternatives that can offer the level of service and assistance needed to navigate the evolving landscape of e-commerce.

app is awesome as we needed the ability to do several hundred options in one box. this is one of only a couple that you can do that. coding in was a little tricky for our web person but out side of that, money.

This is my first Shopify App Review and I have to say Product Options is a the number one app for my site. I have been using it now for approximately 8-9 weeks. Most of my products are made-to-order with a lot of personalised products, and this app makes it easy for my customers, and looks good doing it.

Bolds customer service was fast & faultless! I had their apps team install Product Options for me, and they had the app installed and working perfectly within 24 hours.
I highly recommend this app & Bold, and i will also be upgrading to the Premium version very soon, as i think it could help me with individual shipping services & pricing.

I have been experimented problems with this app for so long.

But support reached me after my review and took care of all the issues, i wished the problem was solved sooner but it's fixed.

Too early to tell how this is going to work for me as I just got it installed. What I did find impressive though is the phone number was published, they answered it, and the person on the other end spoke fluent ENGLISH.

Sad to think that is a noteworthy event in today's America, but it's the reality.

These facts alone compel me to think this is a step in the right direction.

I recommend the bold app constantly. The options app is so robust and easy to use, I love recommending it. Today, Mona professionally answered probably one of the silliest questions I've had to ask all because I couldn't see what was right in front of me. Thank you!
