This app is a must have for my store! We sell custom party supplies with tons of color possibilites and I could not offer them at all without Product Options - I especially love the color swatch feature! I've contacted support on several occasions and they've got above and beyond to help me out. Absolutely recommend!
Works really well and does exactly what I need it to. Support are super helpful - asked about one issue and that was fixed within an hour or so and they also spotted another issue on the site while doing that which they advised me about (thanks Alina!)
UPDATE - needed futher support after changing my theme and Alina was again super quick and helpful. Thanks so much Alina for your assistance.

Excellent app to add options to products - very easy to use - you can add/modify options in minutes - supports all necessary widgets to select options and gather information about product configuration.
It took us a while to tailor it to our needs because it requires a bit of programming to be customized - that was not a problem though since Bold has absolutely outstanding product support. I want to specifically mention Shubhneet, MC, Julian, Henrique, and Alexa for being very competent, helpful, prompt, and especially very patient with all our requests for customization. It is a real pleasure working with them.
they have been good in the beginning and now that they became big they do not care about you NOR HELP YOU, we updated our theme and we needed them add there code to the theme, i emailed them 10 times called 4 times, and they are acting like a pig NO JOKE, i rarely write bad reviews but its extremely frustrating to go thorough what i am doing and i wouldn't want this for anyone

This was almost exactly what I was looking for in order to offer different options within my store. The installation process was a bit challenging and if you are not an expert with HTML then I would highly suggest going with the install set-up the bold team offers.
Can't imagine life without this app!! We use product options on both of our e-commerce sites, and have for almost five years. We have a TON of variants within our handmade products, and it is not possible to have it all via shopify. Product options saves us time and makes things easy for our customers! Great support as well!

Good luck trying to get help from customer support when you need it or how about when your store starts slowing down because their app is lazy loading or when you are running a sale and your store is flooded but the app doesn't keep up. After 2 years of heavy monthly subscription fees and mediocre customer support, I decided to uninstall the App and try something else and boy did I NOT regret it. A $5 dollars App solved my 2 years of worry and the app name is G:Variants & Product Options
