I just had the most amazing experience with Michael at support. I was trying to do some fancy nested conditional logic and it wasn't working. He actually took the time to do it for me and stuck around until it was working. He also helped with 2 other issues I was having.
In general I've been able to do everything I want with this app, it's really powerful.
I wish the app supported adding pictures to each option, that's an extra $900 one time customization. But other than that i'm thrilled with the app and not going back.
This APP is so useful!! Within the first 2 days we had multiple orders. Thank you :)

My website needed many issues to be fixed in terms of appending the add on pricing, and styling formatting issues.
Main issues were fixed quickly by Grant, and other formatting issues took slightly longer, but were finally resolved well by Rony.
Appreciate the help and would highly recommend this!
I downloaded this app to be able to add variations to my listing to make the shopping experience better and more customer friendly. I had issues with the beta install and had to contact Guri in customer service for some help getting things up and running. He was great and worked through the issue with me. Five stars for Guri, my chat guru!

The app was fantastic - the only app that could do what we were looking for, we had thousands of option sets that we needed to apply and this one was the only way we could do it. Zachary from support was amazing thru out the whole process and helped in anyway he could to ensure we were 100% happy with the end result.

Bold's Options is a great add on for Shopify and the support staff is amazing! Looking forward to seeing everything Product Options has to offer.
I had some problems using this app at the beginning because it was new to me. With Tamer's help the problems that I encountered were solved. He was patient and helpful. He complied with my request and I was satisfied with the outcome.
Overall, the support workers who helped me were accommodating.
