Had I know it was this easy to open a web store, I would've done it years ago. Shopify and Bold are a perfect match.
The customization made possible by Bold is really cool. Support Dept is very responsive and made some minor modifications I needed quickly. Now I'm studying their other apps to see what the possibilities are.

After my website development team set up some initial rules incorrectly and that was causing losses in revenue, I contacted Bold support to help me figure out how to correct the problematic rules and to create a new rule. They followed through and our product options work the way they were intended to and we are not missing out on revenue due to errors any longer.

I've been using this app for about two months, and I'm super impressed. The customer service is great (I needed a help because I had another, similar app installed and it conflicted with this app). I uninstalled the other app I'd tried because this one is far superior. I used it to create "product builders" for each of my charts products - making it easier for people to assemble the system they need instead of individually picking things out. In the future I'll need to something more simple, like extra customization on some of my magnets, and this will work perfectly for that as well. I use the upgraded version with the conditional logic, and it's fantastic. I love this app!

So far they've been amazing. Products aren't live yet, but customer service has been fantastic. Any solution that wasn't already built in to the program, they've been able to customize.
