Absolutely amazing app for customizing and expanding your product options. Has a very aesthetic look to it too and the support is amazing. #1 Product app by a long shot.

This app is amazing! I dont know what I would do without it. I cant wait for the ability to duplicate options to come out because that would save me a ton of time! Badass product!

This app is essential to my business. I use it to list options for all the different products I sell.

Not gonna lie, it has been a learning curve and I have had some issues. There are a lot of moving parts and certain Shopify features and themes don't integrate seamlessly with Product Options.

With that being said, I asked for help and help I did receive. I was blown away by the customer service I received from MC. She personally addressed all my issues one by one. She walked me through how to fix things and had a dev take a look over my listings and make the necessary adjustments. She kept in constant contact with me through the entire process, even on a weekend. I can tell she truly cared and wanted to help me get things working and I really, really appreciate that.

The app is now running smoother than ever. All along it has been exactly what I need so I'm very pleased to have it working properly. The swatches are beautiful. Just the right size to show the different prints and patterns. I love that I can keep track of inventory and up charge for premium options. This app is well worth the price for the time it saves me alone. It's fantastic. It's essential. And I love it.

Great App! We sell personalized products, so a customization tool that could offer the flexibility of this app, was essential to our business. They helped us tweak the look to suit our taste, and we love it!

Product options has been down for 6 days and I have put in 3 support tickets, yet no one has contacted me to fix it. I have lost sales due to the options not showing and that is unacceptable. I do not recommend this app. The technical support is nonexistent.

I've only been using this app for a week or so but so far I'd rate it 5 stars. I need more than the Shopify 100 variants, wanted colour swatches and my customers need to be able to enter custom details - this solution does it all. I needed some help with the Ajax install and the team did this quickly and efficiently. It's so easy to set up product options even a novice like me can be up and running in minutes once it's installed. Well done guys.

*Update* I found an issue with the display in quick-view. I alerted the team and they got onto it straight away. It wasn't a simple fix but they worked at until it was resolved. It was an issue with my store theme but now it works beautifully. I'd especially like to shout out to Francis whose support was outstanding. Thank you :)

I'm giving the Product Options App Five Stars for having excellent customer service and response so far. I'm still in the installation phase and will update the review again shortly.

Options are something I wish would have been built into shopify instead of variants in the first place but since it wasn't, I'm glad Bold Apps gave us an alternative. The price is $19.99 a month for the option with price variants which I need.

Installation is tricky because you have to edit liquid code on 5+ different pages. It is hard to expert level. Instead, just pay the $50 and have them do it for you. Don't risk messing up your store and doing it yourself.

I'm still in the process of installing the app and will update it again. But five stars so far for the excellent customer support. Thanks Jay.
