I create personalized artwork and require a lot of information from buyers before I can begin a project. I am so relieved to have an app like Bold to help me gather it in my Shopify site - saves me SO much extra legwork. I haven't had any issues using the app, but there was a situation where I couldn't get the desired boxes to align properly with my theme. Their customer service team was very hands-on and quick to respond, even on a holiday! I would highly recommend!

A little confusing to get started off with but after a few stressful nights.... finally figured it. Adds a lot of options to your store. Nir helped me out with a few issues I had in no time! customer service so far has been great

Spoke to Marty and Tamer who both installed my code in their advertised time, but of course much sooner :) thank you for that service, it is appreciated. With the wide range of function apps you have I will consider further paid options. I intend to keep the premium options because as you will see if you research; BOLD has the "modern" basic functions at a fair price, not rip-off and this is appreciated by the industry and is good for the industry.
