We've got a pretty heavily customized site, and Bold Product Options works like a charm. We've got a ton of custom products, and setting most of them up was a straight forward process. We also have an AJAX cart, and the bold team was incredibly helpful when we ran into technical issues. All around, great app and great support. They could update the product video though, the current app looks different than the video.
These guys have hands down the BEST customer support of any app I've ever used. For anything. Ever. Period. I cannot rate them high enough.

Our website has a lot of various on a product page, which included color, options, different price and numerous text field, ability to upload images that add on additional charges etc.
We tried several different apps but this is the best value and great app out there in shopify world. I highly recommended to all the owner of store.

So I'll be honest, the app has been super well-built and support is fantastic. The initial manual / custom went a little iffy, but the were super fantastic about fixing the instal and getting it running incredibly well. Super responsive and professional support.
I had an issue installing this app with my current theme, and contacted Bold - communication was fast and clear - and they had my issue resolved in 24 hours. I tried a few other option apps before settling on Bold - and none even came close to usability and features. THANK YOU!

Simple to use, yet essential to any Shopify store that desires an additional level of customization. The support team with Bold is also quick to respond, and extremely helpful whenever you run into a snag that you cannot seem to get beyond.
