Had a rocky start initially but they did buck up later on and am receiving very efficient support now.
They made all the code changes as requested and it's working as expected now.

So we added this app to our website www.BackChairBag.com to offer Personalization to our customers when they want to add there name or initial / Monogramming to there Back Chair Bags. I Must say I went through a few different apps here on shopify app store and this one is THE BEST! Samantha was a great help to get us up and running she walked me through the steps and I must say it was very smooth! SAMANTHA you are the BEST! The app is quite nice, it's user-friendly and their customer service is good. I just quick chat with Cody and he helped me immediately to send a request and solve my problem, quite good.
I love that this app, because it enables me to provide more options to my customers. For this reason, my customers are able customize platters and other catered choices they want with little effort on my part. It helps me automatize things that use to be rather time intensive for me. Great app.

i have been using this app for a few months now and at first the customer service was great and product working well. HOWEVER, I tried to create new options on a new product and it is not working properly now... i've contacted customer service multiple times and the responses have been seriously lacking. i get one response per day asking questions that i've already answered multiple times to different people... which drags out the issues even further. In addition i have another ticket that has been outstanding for 3+ months.... with no resolution..... general jist... the app is more expensive than most apps on the marketplace for this service and I wouldnt mind paying it if theyre customer service was better. but when i have an issue with an app that impacts my revenue, i would expext PROMPT resolution.
