After an initial delay for the install, it appears things will be resolved soon and I am really excited to used the app with the upgraded features on my store.
I look forward to adding an update once live.

This company offers some of the most amazing and useful apps i have came across for my websites i use 4 of there apps at the moment but have no hesitation when installing a new apps from these guys and if i cant install the liquid code myself there installation service come second to none fast and reliable and most of all affordable for businesses of all sizes. Thank you for all your help Bold Team.

This app has made creating my store a lot easier and 100x more professional-looking. I don't know what I would do without it! It is intuitive and easy to use, with great explanation videos if you are confused. I would recommend this to anyone!!!!!!

Bold is an amazing app that helps us with our customization options. This is a huge part of our business and the functionality is very user friendly. The best part about Bold is the customer service. We had a major issue and Paul saved the day. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just how we needed it to be!

I installed this app to add a few options to my products and it's doing the job exactly as I want. On another hand, the after-sales service is great. Aman and Rony respond quickly to all requests and they are very helpful.

Currently trialling this app, needed assistance and got it immediately. Was sorted within a minute. Great support and customer service which is so important for business. Absolutely excellent thank you Tony. Gives us confidence to go from trial to subscription.

Some of our primary items use this app as we have too many variants. We have been running this for 18 months and since the beginning, about 2% of orders are not charged due to some issue caused by the app. This means that the customer is not charged for their shirts in our case. Our shipping dept has to check each order for this issue and then we have to contact the customer to collect CC info and payment. The problem has never been resolved. We have a developer firm working directly with Bold and there has been no resolution. In general, this app adds a lot of complexity. I would not use this app again. I'm writing this because we are now having a higher occurance rate and I have not heard back from Bold for 5 days. Unfortunate.

It randomly gives products away for free.
A few weeks ago we were looking at some orders and noticed that Bold was not adding the up-charges to the order. It added the parts to the order fine and we fulfilled them but the customer was getting them for 0$. Since we have found over $5000 in free items Bold gave away. Customer service has been less than helpful. Downright idgaf attitude to trying to fix it. look at other apps.

I paid for the app to be installed in my new theme back in mid-March and they stated twice that they did. I finally was able to publish my new theme today only to find out the options were not there, which means the app was not installed properly or even at all (no revised code is even in the new theme). They definitely need better customer service which is something they can improve on. The representative who emailed back told us to install it ourselves yet we paid for it to be installed properly the first time.

Will keep you all updated on the situation. For now, I would give caution to future users until I approve of their customer service and proper implementation skills.
