SC Product Options

great application. Staff if very resourceful and helpful.

Please read my review before installing this application as this app has a critical bug that they can't fix. As a shop owner, you need to know this information.

I loved this application. I've tried other apps and this is by far the best product option app, only if it worked.

The critical issue that they have not able to fix for past 6 months is that once in awhile, their added options do not reflect on the total price.

That means, a customer think they've paid for the added options, and it even show up in the receipt as if they've correctly added the options, yet it does not reflect on the total price.

This maybe happens once in a hundred sales, but we made so many angry customers. When they receive the package, the option items are not included because they didn't pay for them, and it won't show up in admin, yet it shows up in their receipt!!

There were many cases that we had to send those options for free to cease the upset customers. Some customers understood that it's a technical glitch yet, it does not leave any good impression on us.

Bold customer support has been helpful, yet they just can't figure out why this is happening, or by the nature of this app, this deadly critical bug can not be fixed for good.

I am writing this review so that other shop owners are warned before installing this.
As I said, I would love to use this app again, if they can ever find out the way to fix this.

I do feel that I deserve an apology from Bold CEO as I waited this app to be fixed for 6 months. I have had enough damage for using this app.

This is a great app which provides a large variety of additional variants to your products. And the customer service team is awesome. Especially Dylan!

Wow. Just wow.

We've worked with a lot of app developers over the past 2+ years while we've been on Shopify, but the level of service we've received from Bold has been insane.

We approached Bold with a real niche problem & what we thought could be a potential solution, although we had no clue of how to implement it. Of course, Bold was already considering it internally & put us in touch with Cole to test it out.

Cole went a whole lot further. Building out the solution for our store & going above & beyond whenever we had problems, constantly reiterating, suggesting fixes or workarounds or taking time out of his own weekend to help us out.

Truly, I cannot thank you enough for the amount of time, energy & work you've put into helping us out.

We do not take it for granted & are so ridiculously humbled to be working with such an incredible team at Bold.

Jay - don't ever let Cole or Lawrence or MC go!

Everything's been great. Great customer support!

This app has been phenomenal! Our product line has a lot of different options and the variation limit in Shopify was rapidly becoming a hindrance to our site.

Product Options did exactly what we wanted and more! The ability to add conditional logic has been a game changer for us. Our customers can now rapidly customize their orders without any confusing menus or conflicts!

The app is really helpful and the customer service is great!

Very good support and a great app to use!

I can not say enough great things about this app and the Bold team's customer service! After trying multiple other product option apps we settled on this one. We were actually running into a few hiccups getting it to work for us (no fault of the app by any means, just set up issues really) and decided to live chat with support. Julian was there to help and took the time to make all the changes we needed to get the app up and running for us.

We strive for excellent customer service in our own company, so to receive it back from another company as a customer it is a breath of fresh air.
