SC Product Options

This product options app is fantastic, and the support is even better. Being a custom apparel company, we have a lot of options and variants. Fantastic app, this allowed us to list a highly customizable product in the simplest way possible. We opted to have them install for us, and the Installation was done quickly and seamlessly. The team is very responsive with great communication.

Product Options is a fantastic app, it offers my customers choices of choosing branded or branded items, and they can see costs change as they change their preferences. This app makes it so much easier to and quicker to add new products and change costs. I strongly recommend this app to any business that has variables in their product lines.

I sell bedding which has to be one of the most PITA things to sell on line because every size option changes the price. Then we have options...for our options.

With that, the ONLY app I found that could do what we needed it to do was the Product Options app by BOLD. And holy smokes does it work.

In just over three days I had a few thousand SKU's inputted with conditional logic so somethings showed and some wouldn't based on what a client chose. It's just brilliant and looks amazing on the site.

And the Support. THE FREAKING SUPPORT! Amazing. So quick. I think the longest I have ever had to wait was...maybe...a minute. Alexa. Melody. And Tamer. All my favourites. They've even gone in the back end to tweak things quickly for me that needed tweaking. So helpful. So friendly.

I've read some of the one star reveiws on this list and have to say if you're getting one star service from these guys it's probably because you are a 100 Star PITA. It's physically impossible to have one star service from Canadians. It's just not in their DNA. I would give the team at Bold Apps a 6 Star Review if I could, they've just been THAT good.
