Not only is this app amazing with all the features it comes with but the support team is amazing! I encountered a few issues with the compatibility of the app and our theme, sent a message through the support form and Tamer, one of the support staff, had the problem resolved within hours! It's great to see how much their care about their customers and willing to fix any issue that arises.
Rony, MC, Mona, Nicholas were extremely helpful, fast and remembered my store and prior cases which gave me a feeling of continuity and being dealt with by actual company employees not some call center somewhere...

sometimes the support can be a hassle but for the most part the app works for what I need it to.
Products options work well. Would be nice if the app generated custom SKUs based on the options though.
17 Dec 2019 - I have to again downgrade the rating for this app. I am trying to create product options and app does not save the options. Which means all the work lost. It's been two hours trying to fix this and is a very common problem with the app. It is one of the busiest periods for us. We pay all year round for this app and we need the most it stops working.
I have updated my review as finally, the customer service managed to solve my problem. Hope it works well from here. Thanks
Extremely frustrating app. It does not add products and keep showing the original product price. Contacting Bold is almost impossible. It keeps asking for a password before we can even ask a question.

Overall, I like the app. I've been using it for a few years. It handles most of what I need. Their team is very responsive and helpful whenever I have an issue, so I really appreciate that. I recommend giving this app a try!
I had an issue with upload file option and so contacted to support. Dylan was very helpful and willing to help best he could.
He could immediately identify the cause of issue so it was very smooth interaction and the issue was resolved quickly.
He is not only very willing to do his best to help, but also very knowledgable when talking about technical stuff. I would be pretty confident to recommend the app to my friends and whoever needs such service.

Great program, very easy to use and has lots of options. Looking forward to getting all my products set up with it!
This app is an essential tool when offering products with multiple options e.g. colour, size. Without this application I would have struggled to provide the simplistic, easy, buying structure necessary for the more complicated products I wish to sell. Overall a must-have app!
