I have to say that this company has the BEST customer service...and I mean the BEST!!! They have been very willing to help walk me through steps to getting my options uploaded onto my site each time I have called. I emailed a request to change something and it was done almost immediately after I sent the email.Their email communication is also amazing! So far, the options app is working out great for our website and I look forward to adding more of the features it enables us to use. I highly recommend both this app and the company! Thank you guys for such great service! :-)

the app is good, but the customer service is so poor.
They can't support live chat, only robots there.
the one named "Alina" never help, what I want to alter,
he never did it. It seems the one can't see what I sent, he never read my message in detail. I give this zero star, all because of this person. Very very not professional support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again, they never replied to my email.
product options not showing up for our customers, what is the bug???
the dynamic list never update on time, the new products will not have the options
even after it is created more then one week.

We still have the issues about the product options not showing up for our customers. Contacted them with screenshot (specific browsers), but they said that their team didn't see it, and or they will not reply to your email even one week.
Don't use the dynamic list to set up the option, when you have new proeducts, it will not show the option. They don't think there is any BUG, super low service. Iwill give new review every week until they fix the BUG.

This app did work for me, BUT before you get this:

First, be aware of the cost difference if you need conditional logic. It's another 9.99 more/mo. and it isn't obvious on the main page of the app. I was drawn to this app for that reason - conditional logic, then disappointed to learn it was more money.

Second: if you choose expert install (free), it will take at least 2 business days.

Third: CACHING is a very big problem while developing your options. You create an option, go to preview it in your development theme copy, and you don't see it working anywhere because cache has to be cleared. After two days of tech support, they told me cache needs to be cleared, but there is no option for that anywhere. Instead they give you a tech support link telling you how to edit a liquid file. I suggested they add the ability to clear cache somehow. I'm sure it would save them hours of tech support, and the end-user a lot of headaches.

This app looks like not so good.
So many images by addons price were generated.
Because of this app, my all store was messed.

Please read my review before installing this application as this app has a critical bug that they can't fix. As a shop owner, you need to know this information.

I loved this application. I've tried other apps and this is by far the best product option app, only if it worked.

The critical issue that they have not able to fix for past 6 months is that once in awhile, their added options do not reflect on the total price.

That means, a customer think they've paid for the added options, and it even show up in the receipt as if they've correctly added the options, yet it does not reflect on the total price.

This maybe happens once in a hundred sales, but we made so many angry customers. When they receive the package, the option items are not included because they didn't pay for them, and it won't show up in admin, yet it shows up in their receipt!!

There were many cases that we had to send those options for free to cease the upset customers. Some customers understood that it's a technical glitch yet, it does not leave any good impression on us.

Bold customer support has been helpful, yet they just can't figure out why this is happening, or by the nature of this app, this deadly critical bug can not be fixed for good.

I am writing this review so that other shop owners are warned before installing this.
As I said, I would love to use this app again, if they can ever find out the way to fix this.

I do feel that I deserve an apology from Bold CEO as I waited this app to be fixed for 6 months. I have had enough damage for using this app.

I like the app, but I wish they were a little more upfront about the installation of the liquid code, and the cost of it. The instructions are not very clear as to how to do it yourself, so really you are left with no other option but to pay the $50 to get them to do it for you.
