SC Product Options

Very good after-sales experience, the customer service is very patient, I am very satisfied with their after-sales service

This is an interesting piece of fine print: "Product Options is not compatible with checkout buttons that don't direct the customer through its checkout process." Does this mean that Adjustable Prices (Premium) do not work with Shopify Payments? Or does it just mean that Adjustable Prices will not be processed with "Accelerated Checkouts"? Might pay to expand on this here for me and perhaps in your installation guide.

The Product Options app definitely helps give our customers the extra level of detail and clarity when purchasing their products. In fact, a customer specifically requested the ability to see how different options looked, and this app enables that with ease thanks to the ability to set a specific image for each product option. What more can I say? It's super intuitive and super useful. 5 Stars.

Easy to follow instructions meant I had a customisation form up and working in under half an hour. I'd recommend.

It didn't work out for me. There was so many steps to do, I was about to give up halfway because there things that are different than what they instructs, names that are different on my liquid. I feel like I already messing it up but decided to work through it and maybe it was just me freaking out because I don't have any experience in html. In the end, I found out i did butchered it, all that hard work and I its messed up. I was frustrated in the end. I am not paying 40 dollars for someone to do it especially when I am still paying them monthly for it. I am removing the app and finding something else.

One would naturally assume that, by uninstalling an app, you'd also be removing the code that the app set up on your site...wouldn't you? I uninstalled this app but all of the test buttons and other code i experimented with through this app have remained stuck on my site. Not being a programmer, i've got no idea what changes this app has permanently made and where i'd find them in my code to remove them. Really, really unhappy.

And to make matters worse, i can't install the app again to try and undo the changes through their own interface.

This app is absolutely amazing!!! As an individual with very little tech experience the simplicity of this app has really helped me achieve what I wanted for my shop. The 24/7 technical support has been incredible! Always ready to help and actually do help instead of making you go round in circles. I have recommended Shopify and this app to many friends and insured they would not regret it!!!

I added monogrammed items to me store, and needed something to support the customization options. This app works perfectly for that. Could not be happier with it.

Awesome App! Shopify should buy this from you and make it a standard on their templates! I wish I could have used this when I opened my store!

Terrible app, doesn't even offer a preview of the uploaded photo. Requires "extra customization" for that. You can't install a Bold app without encoutering problems and having to contact support, they are really the worst app company by far. And as if that's not enough, when you uninstall a Bold app from your store, its stays on your site because it's still in the code, so you have to waste even more time with support to get rid of it. Avoid Bold apps like the plague unless you want to waste your time with support and mess up your site's code. Most apps out there install in one click, and you're done. Not Bold apps.
