SC Product Options

All of BOLD products are great, I would say the one downfall is having to pay for installations but it's not enough to take away 5 stars.

This app is absolutely amazing. If I could give this a 10-star review, I would. It works exactly as described, and the Bold support team is fantastic. They were more than happy to help me with adding code to a third-party theme to support this app, and also with styling it to match my theme. If you're reading this review, and are on the fence as to whether you get the app or not -- then trust me when I say that this is the best app of its kind on the Shopify App Store. With a 30-day free trial, you have nothing to lose by adding this app and seeing if it will work for your business. Bold apps - in general - are great, but this might be their best app yet! I love this app! It has made it possible for our shop to have rather complex custom ordering capabilities, and it made it easy!

The one thing that was a bit of a hiccup is the time it takes to save options, which slowed me down a bit as a multi-tasker, but it's worth it!

Every time I have chatted in with Bold, it has been such a smooth process. It can be a very easy app to use but if I ever need help, I am assisted immediately. Highly recommended!

We have 85 products, in 12 sizes, 13 colours, bespoke or made to measure, cup sizes, waist sizes..... you get the picture, endless, endless options. All of which become a total breeze with this app, PLUS looks brilliant on my site. Very neat and tidy. This is the best thing to happen to our store since we arrived on Shopify. And the support level is amazing - set up issues solved within hours of my sending a mail. Perfect. Get it. You won't regret it.

Firstly I would like to Congratulate on their Excellent Customer Support!!! which is very impressive. I am NOT a computer whiz by any means and was having some technical issues,emailed them for help and in no time they solved all my problems. Super convenient App t for a non tech-savy like me.
Super Duper useful App. I would say it's a must have app for every store.
