SC Product Options

Excellent app! Easy to use. If you need variation to products and prices, Production Options by boldapps is the Definite answer.

I've been using Product Options since 2014. Today I had to reach out to Carter at support and they were super helpful! Excellent app, excellent support.

I am still learning, but really happy with the service so far! When you chat with them, the little BC ninjas go all out to help you! Today I got Rony and he literally walked me through everything and I feel more confident now!

Yes the app has its limitations and what I can do in the front end, but whatever further customization help I needed, Jeff, Armin and support team resolved it for me.
No app is perfect and I have my own complaints, but knowing I can get help and support when I reach out to Jeff or Armin gives me confidence to use the app.

I'm working on getting my shop perfect before relaunching it - and I needed something that allowed for more customizations, conditional logic, and wouldn't drive me insane trying to code using line item properties - Bold Product Options fits the ticket perfectly.

While I'm still working through getting it just right and implementing it perfectly for my future customers - I had some particular things I wanted it to do while testing it out.

I reached out to Bold for some help, and within an hour MC was on it and she had it taken care of within two short emails - absolutely THE BEST customer service experience I've ever had with any app, or theme designer, since I joined Shopify in 2014.

This app is fantastic, the team including Carter and Sukh are quick to help and answered all my questions. Thanks very much! Follow up - Carter was a big help again setting up Bold Options in the background on a new theme launch so that there would be no hiccups when going live. Way to go Carter! While I didn't find this app all that intuitive at first, they continue to make improvements and customer service ultimately made our "I think this will work" plan a reality. We're very happy with the product.

The Product Options Premium App from BOLD Apps has been an invaluable tool for our company to help build our new website and comes highly recommended. Being novices when it comes to web design, this app has given us the functionality we had hoped for and is really easy to use. Support team are fantastic too!

The bold support team is AMAZING! I had just a couple tiny tech questions about integrating with my template and they were a huge help. They hopped right on and fixed the issue for me. Incredible service. Some reviews say the service is awful and I was anticipating bad service based on those reviews, but I would 100 percent say that this company was incredibly helpful in delivering a great customer service experience.
