We make semi-custom clothing and our basic shirt comes in more than 3000 options. This app is one of the only reasons we are able to use Shopify. Also, since our products are made to order, it is imperative that we are able to export orders to our database as well as Shopify POS - including all the options. This was the ONLY app we could find that allowed us to do so. (Using Xporter by eShopAdmin - they work perfectly together!)

My only suggestions would be to enable me to to duplicate an entire Option Set because I have some products that have a single difference from another product and I had to set up a new Set from the beginning. You can add more than one product to the same Option Set if all the options are the same.

They did the install and have been very responsive to questions. Do not be put off by the price! It truly is the best Options app out there.

Easy to use the app and very customizable. I've had issues with other apps being too complicated and not streamlined well enough. The customer service is great and Mrunal really helped me out.

great app i have been using this for 2 years now and i can tell you its the best app out there for creating options and their customer service is great especially Naman who really helped me solve the issues I was having

First I want to say that the customer service from Bold is beyond excellent. Rony was extremely helpful in assisting us in getting name engraving setup on our store. He even helped us to get the price to change on the product page when engraving was selected. This is truly a great app from a great company ...

First and foremost, themes matter. Be sure to talk to support and use the professional integration service for your theme and start testing with all of your payment methods to make sure the integration works - we had to escalate to a 2nd Tier programmer at bold to fix. Also check your email confirmations + shipping confirmations & have the bold team fix those to eliminate the "unnecessary" coding ~ the customer really doesn't need that gibberish in their box! We absolutely love this app. & use it on just about all of our products ~ It really works seamlessly, and is an excellent performer.

This app works very well for us and is super easy to customize on the backend. Their custom support team is FANTASTIC! They have helped us with a number of customization we wanted to make and their turnaround time has been amazing! I can't recommend this app enough!
