I've been using this app a little over a year. At first, I felt this app was too expensive but over time it has been very valuable. I only use it for one product, my best seller, and the options for customization that it provides are great for making sure my customers get exactly what they want. When I recently switched themes, the Bold team made it so easy. Two times now I have needed their help with code customization issues and both times they have fixed everything on the back end very quickly, making it stress-free for me. Worth the cost!

We've used Bold Product Options for years to help add several important customizations to our shop's product pages. We've always appreciated the ease of use of the app, but even more so, the immediate help we get from the support team when needed. In particular, Jeff helped us out of a bind this morning! Easy to setup and answered all our wants when it comes to customer customization. Couldn't ask for much more in terms of variables control to be completely honest.
Oh and lets also mention the great support. Same day answering make it extremely easy to get our questions resolved. Looking forward to see more from Bold.
We have been using this app for over a year and it has yet to disappoint us! Bold helped us get everything set-up and truly answered all of our questions for us over the past year. For example, tonight we were having an issue which customers had messaged us about and GURI (the person I spoke with on live chat) was able to answer my questions and solve the issue in less than 5 minutes! That is service! Thank you again for an awesome product and service!

Just finally went live with my Shopify store, and without Product Options it would not have been possible to use this platform. With many options available for my photography it allows me to easily walk customers through the ordering process while not being next to them making this a great ecommerce tool for my business.
Tamer really helped us out when we needed to launch in less than 24 hours. He did exactly what we asked and was timely and helpful. App works great for our complicated conditional variants. Also a great way to sort of bypass Shopify's 100 variant limit. Highly recommend! And thanks again Tamer!
