The assistance provided by the Bold Team is amazing, the quick chat option is great for quick little questions and some harder lengthy items that need changing on our website is done in a timely manner with great communications during this process. The small videos sent to show how to fix it next time or to preview the changes made by the team is great.

I've been using this app a little over a year. At first, I felt this app was too expensive but over time it has been very valuable. I only use it for one product, my best seller, and the options for customization that it provides are great for making sure my customers get exactly what they want. When I recently switched themes, the Bold team made it so easy. Two times now I have needed their help with code customization issues and both times they have fixed everything on the back end very quickly, making it stress-free for me. Worth the cost!

We have been using this app for over a year and it has yet to disappoint us! Bold helped us get everything set-up and truly answered all of our questions for us over the past year. For example, tonight we were having an issue which customers had messaged us about and GURI (the person I spoke with on live chat) was able to answer my questions and solve the issue in less than 5 minutes! Bold went above and beyond over and over - our theme is little complicated and has snazzy ajax based features requiring a bit more work than the basic install. Lawrence helped install the app into our theme and as little bugs came up, he addressed them incredibly quickly.
We spent some time trying to use free product option apps, and honestly regret wasting the time. Bold Options is THE extra options app to use on shopify, especially considering their incredible customer service and expert dev team.

Just finally went live with my Shopify store, and without Product Options it would not have been possible to use this platform. With many options available for my photography it allows me to easily walk customers through the ordering process while not being next to them making this a great ecommerce tool for my business.
