SC Product Options

Brenden, who was FABULOUS, assisted me in getting the Bold Product Options app and the Bold Upsell app installed an operational. I am THRILLED with the functionality of both apps! Brenden was a terrific representative for the Bold Company! Have had this app for some years now. It has it's issues, as it should. Customer service has improved over the years, I just had a great reminder of that. We've had a problem lingering for some years now, and it was never resolved. Today, I had the pleasure of reaching out and being helped by Alina. She found the answer, that answer didn't resolve the issue, but it was the one time I got a real answer to this problem. She then pointed me in the direction of a resolution that may help, time will tell, but the patience and understanding was worth the wait time, and the headache is now numbed and my confidence in this App has grown. The App does what it should do, does it well. It created a headache in the background, but that was resolved today. Thank you Alina.

I have been using this app for a few years now and it has always been a great way for me to add the many options we offer to our products. The app allows me to add items at no extra cost for choice of application or to add items with extra costs. Some of my products have 10+ options added in. The app is Great! A few months ago we made some upgrades to our theme and had some SEO work done and I noticed that my site began showing the hidden options for our Bold app in our search bar. I reached out to Bold and Dylan immediately responded and took care of the issue and when he wasn't sure on the final fix he escalated the issue to the next level and they promptly fixed the issue. The site is working and the app is working and all is good. Thank you Dylan and Bold for a great team and a great app!
