SC Product Options

I was nervous at first because I saw in the history of reviews there were people saying they weren't getting customer service, but I took the leap and I couldn't be more pleased with the product and the level of service. They are extremely responsive and have even helped me troubleshoot a bug on my store that I thought was caused by their app but actually wasn't, but they helped me figure out what it was. Great product and great support!

This is probably the most useful app on Shopify. The option menues that are available for configuration are great. What I like most about Bold Product Options is the support SUPPORT TEAM - awesome guys & girls. Jeff from the support Team did a great job to help my problem come to life. helped me in many circumstances when I had questions or encountered a problem. Thank you very much!

Easy to use; provides limitless variants. Pretty useful app. Big plus, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I couldn't have asked for a better welcome party. I'm excited to keep toying around with it's customization features.

Great app.. wish it synced everyday instead of once a week, but you can request a sync 'out-of-turn' once you've added new items :)

The Product Options App is an amazing application. Our promotional business involves an enormous amount of variants. Before we found this app we were unable to execute an easy and true way for our customers to order customized product online without having to pay big money for a web designer to step in and develop/design a unique platform for us.....and......I am very fortunate and happy that I found this application before dedicating close to $20,000 to this local website programmer, which was the amount quoted to us to do so. Awesome work Bold Apps you guys rock!. I am truly blown away by the simplicity, user friendly customization and creative aspects which this app offers for the ordinary user. I recommend this application to anyone and everyone who want to bring their online store to new heights!

The product options app has been perfect for my needs! I've been using it for about a year and the support that comes with Bold Apps is absolutely amazing. I wish all customer service out there was on their game as much as this crew. They are so responsive and helpful, I could not recommend any of their apps (and the support you will receive) more highly!

Once again, I feel the need to write a review about the custom service from this company. Their customer service and technical support is BEYOND COMPARE, online and otherwise. I had a tricky problem when upgrading from the basic Product Options to the premium version (because this app is awesome, duh) and they responded and fixed everything for me in no time! Love them!

This is a great App and works perfectly.

I needed help logging onto the app and Carter and Miranda took care of it right away. I went from frustrated and ready to delete to excited to try it over a 15 min chat session. These guys did a good job in handling a old grouchy semi computer literate guy. Thanks again!

Works great for customizing options! We use this as a jewelry brand for our customized pieces. We really love the many styles to create option sets and love that we can have some hidden when needed. It really helps create a better user experience for our customers. And, they have great customer service for our specific questions about configuring options. Jeff was a huge help with getting our questions answered, and fast!
