Great application to use for creating input text and drop down menus. We are able to breakdown the inputs required from the customer line by line to get the info we require. We have seen an increase in sales due to the new functionality of the website.

support team is really helpful and are able to find solutions to a few teething problems I had. Back support is so important.

NEW THEME UPDATE (2023) -- I recently published a new theme after 7 years using my old one and once again Bold Product options was vital to my store's functionality and success. Once launching, I ran into a few hiccups where the default code did not work properly with my theme, BUT IN LIGHTNING FAST SPEED, the help team were on it and had the App installed properly in a matter of hours. I cannot say enough good things about this product and it's customer support. Thank you!

ORIGINAL REVIEW (2016) Absolutely brilliant. 90% of my products require the customer to insert custom information before being able to add their selection to the cart. I searched and tested multiple other apps and none came close to the capabilities and integration this one does. 50 thumbs WAY UP!

BOLD support save the day again! Julian kicked *ss and solved another issue which occurred after we had to rebuild our entire store. Really in a matter of seconds! He made look Flash Gordon fast as turtle with a broken foot!

swatch update is okay. It is basically a choice of colors but the colors are now squares or pictures. it lacks the ability to link a color selection to an image which practically all websites do and is what we would like so still 1 star for now.

Holly was focused on helping us with a problem and didn't give up until it was solved - all within the same day. When someone cares about a customer like that, and can do something to actually help, you can't ask for anything more. There is one challenge though - it's all done through email which at times is difficult for some of us, but I have to admit it worked just fine for me.

I've rarely had the pleasure and privilege of dealing wth a company so attuned to customers, or someone who simply listens as well as you do. The missing star is reflective only of technical APP limitations on complete customization facility.
